Cleaning staff was very thorough. I was pleased with their work. They cleaned baseboards, interior doors, inside cabinets and drawers, inside kitchen appliances.

Excellent work, and fast. Have trouble scheduling a suitable time around my schedule. Workers have excellent attitude and good knowledge of task. Office is less than responsive regarding scheduling problems.

We were going to do weekly cleaning, but we got an offer on the house so we had to stop the service. It's $85/hour for two people and they insist two people come out. The pricing is competitive. The first set of people who came out were okay. I realized at least one person (the supervisor) on the team would speak fluid English, but the other individual couldn't converse in English. I requested that this always be the case. The second team was very thorough and obliging.

I have been extremely happy with Maid Brigade. I called Maid Brigade and spoke directly to the owner, who's initial estimate agreed with the final estimate. When the cleaners arrived, they had a very organized binder with my correct contact information, alarm information, scope of services discussed, etc - I felt very comfortable handing them a key. The house cleaning is thorough and very good; much better than my prior cleaner. I've been using them for some months now; they have been very considerate of my time and scheduling needs, and bring all of their own equipment/green cleaning supplies. They leave a comment comment card after each visit - when I mail that in w/ a request, I consistently find that it is executed at the subsequent cleaning. They have been very responsive to even small requests. Best of all - I never have the experience of finding dust in less-used corners of the house! They're also great w/ pets!! I highly recommend them without reservation.

They did an awesome job. They even gave us a reminder call two days before they completed the job. They arrived on time and completed the job as agreed upon. I also felt very comfortable with the two cleaning ladies in my home. They were very friendly, followed my instructions, and were easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this company to others and we are considering using them in the future as well.

They've been stellar just across the board. The girls are extremely nice and friendly. Whenever I call I get straight through to the owner, and he's always been extremely helpful.

We have a rental property that was left so incredibly filthy, I'm sure the people that lived there for five years had never lifted a sponge. We were going to have to replace all flooring and paint everything, so I needed just the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, as well as the windows and window ledges. The two girls that came out did the most amazing job! When they were finished everything looked Sparkly and new again. This was no easy feat, as when they started the floor of the shower and bathtub were completely black. I really didn't think they would be able to get it clean. I was very impressed!

I contacted the provider based on their high rating with Angie's List. They got back to me the next day (fine so far) by email and, based on information I gave them about our home, they gave me an estimate for regular monthly service and for the first cleaning, which would supposedly be a deeper cleaning than normal. I advised that the quoted price was acceptable. The service advised, again by email, that they would be able to provide the first cleaning on 8/19 around Noon or EARLY afternoon and asked if I would be available. I confirmed that I would - and they confirmed that they would be here. As of almost 3:00 P.M. (which I no longer consider EARLY afternoon), no one had shown up or even contacted me as to any problem. I called the office and explained who I was and that no one had shown up yet. When the lady who answered the phone apparently could not find any information on our scheduled appointment, I advised that we could not wait around any longer. While she asked if we wanted to reschedule, I said no. One disturbing thing about this situation was that we used a different cleaning service from Angie's List a little over a year ago (which was also highly rated), and they showed up about 3 hours late for their scheduled appointment, short on crew and supplies, and the one person who did arrive to clean was here until 7:30 (over 3 hours) but kept having to take personal calls from home and from her supervisor the whole time. Evidently cleaning services in this area are not very professional. We have had much better luck with other service providers on Angie's List - so maybe we are not meant to have help with our cleaning!

The reason I picked this company over other A listed companies was because of their prompt response to my phone call. They got back to me within the hour whereas other companies took up to 3 days to return calls, thus illustrating the time honored business principle "you snooze, you lose." The cleaners came on time and did a fabulous job. In fact, I left the home cleaner than it was when I moved in. I actually wish I had used them for a deep clean while I was in the house because the house was so pleasantly clean. It is a 6000 square foot home but even then I thought the service was pricey. Nevertheless, I would use them again because I was so satisfied with the service.

I was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail. They spent extra time over the original estimate to ensure that everything was tip top.

This is the third time we have used Maid Brigade. It has been a different crew each time, but all have done a great job. The initial cleaning was very, very thorough. The subsequent monthly cleanings have been excellent. Everything was done that was promised. The crews were all pleasant and professional.

This cleaning service repeatedly rummaged through our cabinets even though we asked them not to do this when we signed up. They also used our own personal cleaning products, paper towels, and trash bags to clean our house. They pulled an 8yo bottle of Orange Mop-n-Glow out of the back of our cabinet and smeared it on our hardwood floors without rinsing it off, damaging the finish. When I discussed these concerns with the owner, he initially agreed to a full refund on the services. But after a couple of days he emailed me asking for 50% of the total fee which I agreed to. He also confirmed that his staff had admitted to rummaging through our cabinets and using our supplies for the cleaning service. He claims this was a rare occurence, but I know this happened to us many times before - we noticed that our trash bags were being used by the staff and our cabinets seemed rearranged frequently, but never had hard proof until this happened. This was very disappointing to us, because we had specifically stressed the importance of staying out of our cabinets and using eco-friendly cleaning products. The cleaning product that they used from our cabinet was definitely not green and we had not used it for years. I would not recommend this company. There are a lot of other companies out there who understand the importance of trust. He broke our trust multiple times: - by going through our cabinets - by not using eco-friendly products - by using our own supplies (paper towels, trash bags, etc) to finish the job - by going back on his verbal agreement for a full refund. I have paid him in full for the "services" he gave us and I hope that everyone else reads this review carefully and understands the risks before letting this man's company into their home.

The Maid Brigade team did a great job. communication was quick and easy via email. The crew showed up on time introduced them selves and did an excellent job cleaning the house. They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before leaving. A very good experience overall.

Initially I explained my desiers and since then I have not had to micromange their duties. The teams know what's expected and follow through withall aspects assigned.

I selected them after interviewing a couple of companies, and they seemed to have both a competitive price as well as a comprehensive set of services. My initial meeting with Bradley, the owner, left a good impression due to Bradley's detailed walthrough of the house (he asked questions, clearly listened to my answers, and had well thought out answers to my questions). In terms of the monthly cleaning, I have not had any issues with the services rendered. The crew arrives in the window communicated, does a good job (haven't had to offer constructive feedback yet), and does not seem to take an extraordinate amount of time. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone else in need of a little extra help in keeping your home clean and tidy.

I've told them I want the same team every time and they've almost always accommodated my request. The two women are very nice, very thorough, and do an excellent job. They have never broken a thing in the past 12 months we've been using them. I recommend them with no reservations.

Maid Brigade has been cleaining our house for over a year now. I was hesitant to hire a professional cleaning service because I am very particular and was worried I would go behind them and do some "touch up" cleaning which would defeat the purpose. I am very happy to say that Dominga and her crew have always done an exceptional job! Whenver I have requested special attention or cleaning of something, it has been taken care of. Bradley does an excellent job of communicating and taking care of his customers. My husband and I are thrilled to come home after MB has been at the house!!! Sincerely, Karen

One of the maids was working really hard, but the other cleaning kept trying to milk the clock and kept complaining that she didn't have enough time. After they left, my house didn't seem very clean, the owner came by to drop off some steam cleaning equipment, and I explained to him that the work wasn't done to my specifications, he knocked off some of the price, but the price was still not worth it.

WHEN I RETURNED AT 7:04 THE TWO LADIES WERE OUT OF THE HOUSE AT THEIR CAR AND ONE ON HER CELL PHONE. THE ONE THAT UNDERSTOOD ME HANDED ME A CARD AND ASKED ME TO PUT MY NAME ON IT. I DID, HANDED IT BACK AND SHE SAID "NO FOR YOU". I ASKED IF THEY WOULD ACCOMPANY ME INTO THE HOUSE SO I COULD SEE THEIR WORK. THEY DID NOT. ON MY ENTRY, I COULD SEE THE HARDWOOD FLOORS WERE CLEAN -- GREAT. I THEN APPROACHED A 7" WHITE STRING WHICH WHEN I REACHED IT I IMMEDIATELY SAW IT WAS A FRESH DEEP SCRATCH ON MY NEW HARDWOOD FLS. THE FLOORS ARE A DEEP TONE SO THE SCRATCH WAS VERY VERY VISIBLE AS YOU ENTERED. THE GAL THAT UNDERSTOOD WAS VERY UPSET WHEN SHE SAW IT -- I HAD CALLED THEM BOTH INTO THE HOUSE. THE ONE WHO DID NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND STOOD IN THE BACKGROUND. THE NIGHT MGR WAS CALLED AND I SPOKE TO HER. SHE PROMISED THEY WOULD MAKE THE REPAIR ON THURSDAY. I EXPLAINED THIS WAS NOT SOLID HARDWOOD; IT COULD NOT BE SANDED DOWN & RESTAINED. I WOULD HAVE TO THINK ABOUT WHAT COULD BE DONE. I WOULD HAVE TO SPEAK TO MY CONTRACTOR. THE LADY WHO DID NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, RAN OUT TO THE CAR AND BROUGHT A VACUUM WAND WITH A FLAT SOFT HEAD -- VERY DIRTY -- AND DEMONSTRATED HOW SHE USED IT TO DUST. I AM NOT STUPID -- OLD BUT WISE WITH AGE. THIS VACUUM PART WAS NOT USED TO DAMP CLEAN MY NEW HARDWOOD FLS. AFTER THE DUST WAS (AS BEST AS POSSIBLE) REMOVED, THIS SCRATCH WAS MADE WITH A SHARP METAL PART. OH, (COINCIDENTALLY??????) THIS 7" SCRATCH WAS THE EXACT SPOT OF MY RUBBER SHOE SCUFF. A LOT OF RUBBING TOOK PLACE TO REMOVE MY SHOE SCUFF -- AND IT WAS NOT WITH A DIRTY SOFT VACUUM WAND -- WHATEVER WAS USED WAS CAUSED BY EXTREME PRESSURE ON THE SCUFF TO REMOVE IT ---- AND A METAL PART OF THE DAMP MOP/ SPONGE OR CLOTH ACCIDENTALLY DUG INTO THE WOOD FL IN AN EFFORT TO REMOVE THE SCUFF. GOOD OLD "ELBOW WORK" WOULD HAVE DONE IT BUT I'M TOO OLD TO GET ON MY KNEES TO DO ANY OF THEIR HOUSE WORK. SO -------------------------- THEY CERTAINLY TRIED; BUT NOW I'M LOOKING AT A DEEP 7" SCRATCH MARK ON MY NEW WOOD FLOOR - AND IT'S SMACK AS YOU ENTER THE HOUSE!!!! AS I SPOKE TO THE NIGHT MGR(ON ONE OF THE LADIE'S CELL PHONES) AND WALKED THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE -- I SAW THE SHOWER DOOR WAS RE-CLEANED, THE SMALL MARK ON FL HAD BEEN PROPERLY REMOVED -------------------------------BUT NOTHING SHINED. MY NEW BRUSHED NICKEL FAUCETS (4) STILL HAD FINGER MARKS ON THEM. WOW! WHEN I GO INTO A GUEST BATH OR ANY BATH I EXPECT THE FIXTURES TO SPARKLE AFTER A "PROFESSIONAL"?? CLEANING SERVICE. The crew works without stop and never seem to miss any spots. When they're done, the house looks, smells, and feels so clean. I'm very sensitive to chemical smells but whatever they use to clean doesn't bother me one bit - it's just nice and fresh afterwards. The only special request I made was to use a custom solution on my hardwood floors (Windex and water). Funny thing is, I requested this the first time I used them and they remembered that when I rehired them even after the long absence. There doesn't seem to be much turnover which is a plus. The crew and office staff are always pleasant. I get a reminder a couple of days ahead of each cleaning and they always arrive around the same time. This is very important to me as I need to schedule work around their being here. I don't need an exact 'on the dot time' (nor would I ever expect that) but I do appreciate that it's always right around the same time (midday) so I can plan accordingly. They are extremely efficient - from office staff to cleaning crew. In fact, I'm tempted to follow the cleaning crew around as they clean so I can learn how they do what they do so well. And it's a clean that lasts. I don't really know how to explain that except to say that if I were doing the cleaning, the dust bunnies would be propagating in the corners again within 24-48 hours. When Maid Brigade cleans, they really really clean. I could not be more pleased with the level of service I consistently have received from Maid Brigade. It's a gift to myself - and my family - each time they come. I've lived many places and hence used many different cleaning services across the country. Maid Brigade is by far the best I've encountered.

The crew that did the deep cleaning was here for many hours. I did not closely supervise but it seemed to go fine. Our house was very clean to begin with but their process is to do the deep cleaning before starting on a regular schedule. That seemed reasonable to us so we agreed to it even though it was very expensive. For the first monthly cleaning, 2 women spend about 2.5 hours cleaning our house. That seemed to go fine too. No complaints. On the second monthly cleaning, the 2 women showed up very late and left our house after about 1.5 hours. Since it wasn't that dirty to begin with I was willing to accept that perhaps they just could clean our house that fast. But after they left I noticed that the shower still had hair in it - it had not been cleaned. We called the service and they were apologetic and professional and asked if we would like credit toward our next cleaning or to have a touch up crew sent out. We requested the touch up crew. When the touch up crew showed up the next day they asked us what they should do. I said bathrooms and kitchen since those are the high traffic areas. After they said they were done I checked the shower again and it was still dirty. We asked them to clean it again and they did so but the woman said, "Sorry - I thought you just wanted me to wipe it down." I cannot recommend this service nor will I use them again when 2 different cleaning crews failed to clean my shower. I don't know how they are trained to clean bathrooms but it does not meet my expectations when there is hair left on surfaces after a supposed cleaning. Also we have since noticed cobwebs on our ceilings and bannisters which should not be there when a deep cleaning was just performed 3 months ago for a lot of money. This is too expensive to have corners cut.
