My overall experience with M&M Landscaping has been great. They were responsive when I contacted them for an estimate to do lawn work. Matias, the owner, got back to me right away with a very reasonable estimate to mow the lawn every two weeks. He and his team do a great job. They come out every two weeks and take care of the yard and sometimes do some extra things like trim the bushes. They are prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. So far they've come out 3 times over the last 6 weeks. I've been very pleased with their work and will continue to work with them.

Left message for three companies including M and M on March 7th. Received return phone calls from both of the other companies that day. Heard nothing from M and M. By March 9th, I had met with and received quotes from both of the other companies. Left second message for M and M on morning of March 10th. As of March 14th, I hired another company. As of today, April 5th, I have not received a phone call from M and M.

Matias and team are very professional and the work was excellent and complete. For both times they were out to do work, they were very prompt. They had completely cleaned up all of the scraps. We plan to use their services again.

I was very, very impressed. They were very professional. They were interested in what I had to say and what I was looking for. They actually offered other options that I wasn't aware of. I was impressed with them overall. I will hire them when I have the funds available to do the job.

I called Matias and he responded within a few hours, was at my house to give me an estimate the same day. He and his father did the work within the week and did it quickly and efficiently. The wall is fixed and I plan on having Matias plant some shrubs for me in the terraced areas. I am very pleased with Matias and the service he performs.

They worked long days and completed the job im 3 days. Yard was clean, trimmed and beautiful when they left. Would definitely use them again.

Matias was prompt in coming to look at our property and sending an estimate. He arrived on time with two other men to begin working. After realizing that more mulch was needed to fill the back beds, Matias picked it up and came back the following day to finish at no extra cost.

Matias and his crew were punctual (he confirmed the appointment prior to showing up), very personable, was easy to work with and did a great job. Very pleased with this experience.

They did a great job. I was happy with it. They come out periodically for landscaping and lawn service. They are very responsive and come out when they say they would. They are the best I have ever used.

We've been very happy with Mathias. Once we got the schedule established, he just shows up, gets the job done and leaves a bill. It's great. I come home and the yard looks perfect. He even goes around back and blows leaves off of our deck. We were lucky to find him!

We like M&M Landscaping. They come every other week during lawn cutting season and do a really good job.

My leaf blower had just died and I couldn?t get the work done myself. They came out on short notice and were very good about taking care of it; that was very positive. They seemed to be very eager to find work and to do it; that was all good. The price was above average and a bit more than I had expected. The quality was fine. I may call them again but not necessarily for the same job; if I have lawn work in the future, I would probably give them a call.

He is prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. We will definately use him again and recommend him highly.

Very, very well. He and his crew were neat, polite and always on time. Equipment was in good repair - all of which resulted in a very professional looking lawn. I recommend Matias extremely highly. Price was typical of all good lawnkeepers.

They did a great job and clean up. Then rescheduled with me when I got the new bushes at a later date and planted those before billing me for everything. I will use them again.

Left voicemail for Matias. He promptly called me back and visited my property. He provided me with a very reasonable price. After his first visit, the only suggestion I gave to them was to tuck and roll the pine straw at the corner of the plant beds. He also has advised me towards proper timing for his work, including when to reseed vs. when to spray for weeds. I wanted some weeds sprayed immediately, but he guided me to wait a couple of weeks to give the new seeds a chance to get stronger first. I'm very pleased with the service he has provided, and continue to ask him for more things done around my yard, and have recommended M&M to my neighbors.

He was very easy to work with. He did everything that he said he would and did it on time or early. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use him again.

Mr. Melendez always followed through with all commitments and met or exceeded all expectations. The deck looks great now. I will definitely use his services again.

Matias aerated my lawn and overseeded w/ fescue blend. The work included dethatching and removing the debris from about 2000 sq. ft of area that was sprayed w/ Roundup to kill existing Bermuda grass incursion. Total lawn area worked was about 8000 sq. ft. As usual, Matias showed up when he said he would, did the job EXCEEDING my expectations, and charged a very fair price in the end. Here is an example of what I mean when I say he exceeded my expectations -- He asked me to mark my sprinkler heads which is typical prior to aerating. So, after he runs the power aerator, I looked out and saw him with a MANUAL aerating tool (http://www.lawn-aerator.org/core_aerator.htm) working his way around the edges of the driveway and the sprinkler heads. Now, I have had various services aerate my lawn but I have NEVER seen anyone using a manual tool in the hard to get areas! Something tells me that most other services would have just skipped it! I have used Matias' services so many times now that I don't bother getting quotes sometimes. I just tell him to show up, do the job, and leave me an invoice. I know from past experience that the price will be fair and the work will be high quality. Once again I am a happy customer!

Matias showed up on time to quote the job and provided the quote immediately. He showed up to perform the work on time. He had the mulch delivered and spent 5 hours putting it down. When he was done, all the bed and sidewalk edges were tucked tight, there was no sign of mulch in the driveway or on the sidewalks, and none of the shrubs were burried! Comparing his work to others we've hired who've just thrown down mulch as fast as possible, Matias clearly went above and beyond expectations. This was a very professional performed service and we are very happy with the work and cost. We'd hire Matias again without hesitation.

This was a relatively small job, however, it was critical to me since I was having an expensive Japanese maple tree planted. The team was very careful and the planting was perfect. They were also careful to remove all debris and insured the pre-existing landscaped area was neat. I would use them for a larger project without hesitation. Very good job!
