I was told "I am sorry I don't service your area, Thanks Matias". I live in Holly Springs, which is 15 mins from his Office address.

They're all about the same on price. They don't show up on the same day all the time.

I bought a duplex where the previous tenants and owner neglected the landscaping, and it showed with all the debris, mud, weeds, poison ivy, sticks and branches everywhere, and overgrown brush. Matias and his team came out on a day where Mother Nature decided to pour some hard rain at intervals throughout the afternoon. The guys cleared as much as they could and even in between the spurts of rain. Not able to finish, they came back the next day to complete, and the place is so much cleaner, open, and spacious now! These guys come when needed to mow the lawn out front and in the fall we'll aerate and seed. Matias and crew are reliable and do a great job for what I can afford. I appreciate all their hard work!

I have picked him from Angie's. List. He comes every other week, cuts the grass and blows the area clean even going up the. Porch and. Blowing it. Leaf season he collects the leaves, bag them and remove them. Thisyear he aerated and reseeded my lawn. Wonderful quiet man to work with and excellent job.

we had several comanies come out. we even had a company that saw how overgrown it was and wouldnt take the job. we delt directly with the owner matias. he was so professional. we had a week to be ready for ouropen house and matias was out at our home at 7am the next day. we used him again after to update the front yard a little and he was again very speedy and he was the lowest price around. he went above and beyond for us. the yard hadnt been touched in 5 years it was a mess and he was a huge roll in us being able to sell our home.

Outstanding work! Matias was extremely reliable in returning calls, showing up on time and in everything else we agreed that he was going to do. I have had my lawn aerated, seeded etc.. by several companies throughout the 19 years we have lived in our home and I can honestly say that the work that Matias did was by far the best we have ever had done for this service. Matias and his wonderful dad were very meticulous in seeing that every detail of the job was perfect...and it was. I will only use this company in the future for this type of work. Additionally, Matias and his dad were so friendly that I almost felt that they were part of our family. This characteristic is almost impossible to find these days. Thank you gentlemen!

Matias was great. He came and give a quote, then we schedule a date and they did everything I'd asked. This included mowing, aerating, 50 pounds of seed and fertilizer. They left the yard as clean as it could be with this type of work. I'll ask him to do the same work next year to keep the lawn looking good.

Matias answered the phone himself and came the same day to give me an estimate. Rain precluded the original planned date, but he gave me a new date and came when he promised. The work was done well, and he cleaned up after himself. He also gave me good advice to ensure the new grass came up properly, and left me the remainder of the bag of lime for future use. He knows what he's doing, does good work, and I would use him again in the future.

It goes very well every single time. They even blow clean the porch which is five steps higher than the lawn.

Matias and crew came and removed 12 bushes (with prickly leaves) from an area that will be under construction in the next few weeks. They also removed some aggressive lariope plants from an area - hand-digging and hauling them away. They showed up as promised and did everything on time and very professionally. I am having them do additional work at my house and will continue to use them for all my landscaping needs.

I did use him before without any problems (he had done a good job), and that is why I felt comfortable asking him to come again. This last experience, however, was the complete opposite of my first experience. I will not be using his services again. To begin, he came out to give me an estimate for the job, and I described what I needed in great detail. He requested that I pay him in cash (I thought that was a bit odd), and so I did. With regards to the spray and the mulch, I paid for both of these items as well as a bag of soil, so he had no expense there. The mulch and bag of soil had to be picked up 1/2 mile from my home, and he agreed to pick it up for me. I had already purchased the spray myself. The job involved weeding, spraying and spreading the mulch I paid for, and planting a plant. Unfortunately, he basically tried to leave before the job was completed. He said over and over "I am not making any money on this job," which I thought was very unprofessional. He was very eager to leave. He also said "you keep adding things," which was not true. He was very rude to me. I would never use him again or recommend him to anyone else. The situation was uncalled for.

Excellent! Mateas was on time when I called to get an estimate. He was professional and friendly. He said it would be done this week or next, and he showed up 3 days later, first thing in the morning. His crew was efficient and did a great job! Nobody was standing around and they left it just the way we hoped. We've had to pay much more than this amount with other companies, and they always seemed to be in slow motion, griping, and not sending enough people to get it done right away. Mateas had 4 people here with all the right equipment, including very powerful blowers. Usually we do the work ourselves, but the leaves get overwhelming, and sometimes we're out of town, so we need "lawn guys" for occasional help. We've found them now.

Matias did a great job. I was amazed by the results. It looks so much better, even better than I expected. I look forward to ongoing maintenance.

Hands down an amazing company!! The quality of work was so great. He helped us work within our budget and our deadline. We had companies come out and see how bad the yard was and turn down the job. Thank god for Matias!

Matias came and provided a rough estimate of the cost, and then followed up with a quote. Our yard needed a lot of cleanup since the previous owners planted a bunch of plants that couldn't survive in this climate, and therefore, they all died. In addition, we have large beds that needed to be mulched (1,145 sf in the back bed and about 150 sf in front beds). Matias' quote was slightly higher than another estimate we received, but when I asked him to negotiate, he was willing to lower his price to be competitive. On the day of the scheduled work, they arrived, and we actually asked for some additional plants/flowers to be removed to create a clean slate, and the team was very accepting of last minute changes. In fact, when my husband asked how much it would cost to do the extra work, Matias suggested a number, and my husband asked if that was enough for them (since it seemed like a lot of work!). Matias works very hard at making sure the client is happy, and they do great work. The before and afters were incredible! We've since hired them to come back and do some additional cleanup with some weeds that popped up over the summer, and didn't even worry about having him quote us since we know they are very fair with their pricing. Great, trustworthy company, we'll continue to use!

Let me start by saying it was a joy to have work with Matias and his brother in law. They were both a breath of free air. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional in all expects. My yard had been neglected for years and was in real need of an "overhaul." This included the pruning of large Hollies and crepe Myrtles, pulling vines, weeds, poison ivy and briers, cutting Mimosas,Japanese Maple, gum tree and bamboo, trimming Nandinas and hauling away dead branches and piles of brush (that had been piled up for years). The service was beyond exceptional!!! I recommend M&M Landscaping highly and without hesitation. The best money I have ever spent.

Matias is very professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. I happened to be working from home that day and he asked me to inspect the work to make sure he met my expectations and happily made some small adjustments.

M & M Landscaping did an excellent job mowing & weeding our yard and blowing off our walkways and driveway. Mr. Melendez and three of his crew came early this morning and our yard looks better than it has in a long time. They did an Excellent job and took the time and effort to detail that really impressed us. I contacted Mr. Melendez last Thursday. Within a short time he contacted me and set up an appointment for that afternoon to go over what we wanted done. By the next morning I had the estimates for the work we wanted completed. Not only do we have him lined up to mow and weed our yard on a regular basis, but he is also going to have his crews come next week to clean up all our natural areas. His prices are reasonable and we are very impressed by his work, promptness and understanding of what we want done. We highly recommend Mr. Melendez of M & M Landscaping!!!!!!

Matias and his crew are terrific! Very reasonably priced, reliable, easy to contact, and they do a great job! My yard is pretty small, and other companies told me it was "too small" of a job (money-wise) for them. I have been using them for a year and I am very happy with them.

I wish I could give a glowing recommendation, but alas, that was not my experience. I was so hopeful after reading the many other positive posting, but Ms. Matias never returned my calls. Even though I can?t speak to the quality of his work, I feel that the disregard to the simply courtesy of a returned phone call is indicative if greater problems.

They did an excellent job. They showed up with 4 workers and completed the job in 4 hours. The quality of the work was outstanding, the price was good and their responsiveness was excellent. Overall I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

The work went well. Matias came every week and maintained my yard and blew the leaves in the fall. My real compliment is when I told them I could not afford the yard maintenance any more due finding out I have cancer and can not afford the extra expense of yard maintenance. Matias came to me and said " It is for me to give back in a time of need, I will do your yard for free". I was struck with the his kindness and genuine concern with my situation. He will continue to work on my yard and I will find a way to help pay him what I can. I can not ask for a better person to work with on my yard. I can not say as much as I want to; Matias's words say it all.

Matias is very nice, professional, and accomodating and he did great work! The cost of the service was much lower than a competitor. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Matias raked and cleaned in and around my beds on my property. He did a really nice job for a reasonable price. Punctual and responsive. Highly recommend him.

He did a good job. We still have never received the invoice from him even though we have reminded him. They came every other week. The initial scheduling was fine and overall they have been pretty good. I am going to have them come out again this spring.
