Matias was on time and very professional. He answered any questions I had and emailed me my estimate for lawn maintenance. He was also patient answering my email questions. I decided to give someone else a try but I appreciated the time Matias took so that's why I am writin this review.

Did a estimate last week and preformed serveice this week. Did an excellent job

Covered extensive garden area with triple shredded hardwood mulch. Contractor was swift, reliable, courteous and fulfilled all our expectations

Gave me a quote. I said yes. Never heard from him again. Wasted a bunch of my time.

Outstanding! Matias was punctual and professional. The work they did on our flower beds was amazing. After the work they cleaned of the driveway and walkways. The work was exceptional and I will be calling on them again! A+

M&M communicated very well. Visited at the agreed-upon time and performed the work at the agreed-upon time. I would definitely hire them again.

I have used M&M Landscaping for multiple jobs over the last 5 years. The owner (Matias) continues to provide reliable and effective service. I know that when I call Matias and ask for a job, he will do the work right and at a fair price. On this last service, he worked me into his schedule a day early since the originally scheduled day for overseeding appeared to be at risk of rain. Matias and a helper showed up at 4pm and the work was done by around 5:45 or so. I had already mowed the grass short and marked all the sprinkler heads. Once again, M&M comes through with a great service and I will look forward to using them in the future!

I found Matias and M&M through Angie's List. He was prompt to come out and give a reasonable estimate. His crew has been here three times, and does and excellent job. They are also fast, courteous, and thorough. We are using their leaf service this fall as well. I am very pleased.

Matias and his crew are excellent providers. Just discuss what you want, and Matias will advise you in a very informed way. The only way I can describe this service is awesome, wonderful, and just what I wanted at a very reasonable cost.

We've been using him for some time and he does a great job and does what he says what he is going to do and does good work. We're very satisfied with him. For the kind of work he does, I think he does an unusually good job because he is reliable, courteous and speaks English. He is just good all around. He was very professional.

Team showed up on May 9 to mow and trim yard. My front yard is half of 1/3 acre -- so it probably took them 15 minutes as they used an industrial/professional mower. I returned home and was somewhat disappointed. It was obvious that places were missed, sticks blown into the shrubs and there were places not even touched in the yard. I emailed Matias who stated that to do anymore than what was done would be extra, that my expectations were too high and he would take care of any outstanding issues (this was not done). So, I waited and waited for him to come the next time to mow --- no one ever showed up. I emailed Matias a few days ago and he said he thought by my last email that I did not want them coming back (which I never said). I was just stating what needed to be improved and what was missed. Then, he goes on to tell me that he changed his route and could no longer mow my yard anyway. Really? This has got to be the most unprofessional company I have used. Complete lack of quality and customer service. If you use this company, make sure you have a written documented list of what is to be done and all the extra charges that are tacked on for it. Why is it so hard to find someone to do a decent job at a decent wage? Where are all the high school kids????? I will be mowing my own yard as the last two experiences from Angies List were poor for yard service.

Matias got back to me in a timely manner. The only delay in a quote I asked for (to put pine straw down- I did not follow through at this time) was due to his email went to my junk email and I did not realize it. He followed up promptly when I inquired about it. He was professional and pleasant to work with.

I called Matias for a quote on lawn mowing services based on his excellent Angie's list reviews. He came by and provided a free estimate very promptly. Ultimately, we selected a different service, so I cannot comment on the quality of work, but I appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism.

I used M & M LANDSCAPING about three weeks ago. It was about $800. They did some moving trees and heavy pruning. I thought they were very professional. He had me come and and check everything and made sure I liked it. I wanted more pruning done and he did some of the stuff. They were reasonable. I don't have any complaints.

They did a good job in bieng responsive and doing quality work.

It went well. I will use again, and you won't be disappointed if you use them. They are very personable and do a fantastic job.

Our estimate experience was lackluster but our neighbor had close to $20k of landscpaing performed + monthly yard maintenance and seems pleased. ***Updating this review to N/A, as I've just seen that Matias responded. After seeing his response, I would agree that his company is not who provided our estimate for this job. I would point out, there is another lawn/landscaping business in the area operating under the name of M&M Lawn and Landscaping - my apologies for the confusion but it was an honest mistake as the names are incredibly similar. ***

They arrived on time, worked extremely hard, accomplished all of the work as specified, and hauled away all of the debris.

Matias was very responsive and punctual. He surveyed the lawn and made suggestions and recommendations for the work that should be performed. His company performed the work exactly on schedule and with good quality.

No work contracted, never received a call back after a week.

Matias was very responsive and he and his team did a thorough job. He even walked the yard with us prior to seeding to make sure we were happy with the work. We were very impressed.

Great! Matias responded quickly to the request for an estimate. came out and provided a detailed estimate via email. Easy to schedule appt. It rained on the work day. Overall a very good job - the landscaping looks great. I think the estimate was fair - I really don't know how much it should be - there were 4 men working from about 9 to 3 and it included 10 yards of mulch - so it probably is very reasonable. Matias is very conscientious. He wants to ensure his customers are happy and goes the extra mile.
