The work was admirable and inexpensive. M&M is very thorough and goes the extra mile. When they noticed some bushes that were encroaching on our sidewalk entry, they offered to trim them free of charge.It is hard to find someone that works hard, does a good job, and has very competitive rates. M&M is such a company.

Matias was on-time, polite, did great work and was reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for anything more. We will definitely call on him again and recommend to friends.

Matias Melendez has an excellent work ethic. We are hardly optimal clients in that we do not share the American insanity of maintaining a lawn. Matias has always been able to meet our requests while also assuring we are never at odds with the HOA. We tried a few other providers in the months after we moved into the house. They were either highly unreliable or they were absurdly dogmatic about what needed to be done, how many days a week (for real) it should be done, and how much we should shell out for services we did not consider necessary but that they mandated. In the time we have worked with Matias, he has helped us improve the appearance of the terribly weed infested lot and we look forward to competing the task with him. We are currently working to redesigning the front yard and when those plans are finalized, Matias will have a central role in their implementation.

Matias showed up early for the estimate. He and his father showed up early on a Saturday morning to do the work. They were polite and very fast. They didn't complain about all of the roses, even though they were huge and lots of them. Matias speaks perfect English and asked questions when necessary. Would recommend them. This job was affordable, but I did get an estimate again this year for different work and the prices were a bit high, so we used another contractor. Would recommend them as they do good work and were pleasant to work with.

Weekly work is done mid to late week. Grass is not cut every week due to drought. Yard appearance is always good. Tree and shrub trimming was done carefully without the appearance of being "chopped off." Cleanup very good.

Matias came out for the estimate and was very respectful and receptive to our request that the weeds be pulled up by hand and that RoundUp not be used. He walked around the property with me, seemed very knowledgeable about local growing conditions and had good suggestions for yard maintenance in the future. He came out a few days later and did the job exactly as promised and in line with his estimate. We have a lot of future plans for our yard - including some landscaping - and will certainly be calling Matias!

Matias did exactly what we asked. The end result was very nice.

Matias Melendez is very honest, dependable, and thorough. He always comes on time and if it is going to rain on our regular day, he will come a day early to get the lawn done before it rains. He has also provided additional services such as removing a large tree that fell last fall. His prices are more than fair and he always leaves everything cleaned up (blowing off drive, walkways, deck/porch. He goes above and beyond what is even required to provide outstanding service. He is a pleasure to work with.

It was a real pleasure to work with Mr. Melendez and his company. He is very knowledable and loves his work. He arrived when he said he would and he worked steadily until the job was completed. The gardens looked terrific when he was finished.

Mr Melendez gave his quote promptly for our very large yard and perennial beds. From start to finish it was a professional job that exceeded my expectations. He didn't hestitate to ask questions about removing dead perennial plants -- some of which I wanted to keep for seed. The beds look wonderful; he blew off the driveway and sidewalks as part of the price. He kept us very well informed about his work schedule. From now on, he's my "go to" person for landscaping and yard work needs.

Always a perfect job and always when expected. Easy to contact and very willing to accommodate special requests. I have never met him in person because I am at work when he is there and I signed up at the beginning of last summer by email, but the job is always done well and billing is always precise. Matias is a true professional.

Matias usually works alone for leaf removal, etc., but with the larger job of planting bushes and small trees his father worked with him. They were both very professional and hard working. When we were getting estimates we explained to everyone that we had a limited budget, so to please tell us only what could be done for $2500 or less. Matias was the only one that listened to us and came up with a plan to fit our budget. Everyone else came back with an estimate over $5000. Because he was willing to listen to us and work with us now, he will continue to get our business far into the future. We give him the highest recommendation.

Matias responded quickly to my request for an estimate, was prompt, courteous and professional. Even though we did not hire him for this work, we will contact him again if we need other yard work done.

First of all Matias is just wonderful to work with. He owns and operates his own business and does it with pride and professionalism. He responded quickly to my phone call message (which I followed up with an email). He came out, walked around the entire yard and gave us a written, detailed assessment and estimate of the work to be done. He informed us of when he would be coming out (within a few days). He measured the beds to determine the amount of mulch which he picked up and installed as well. He worked for many hours on the landscaping and cleaned away all of the debris when he left. Our house looks great and he did a fabulous job. He obviously understands a lot about the correct way to prune and it shows in the finished product. We have hired him to maintain our yard and provide us with mowing services (which are also great).

Matias did an excellent job. He came and gave me an estimate 30 minutes after I called him and was able to do the work two days later. He worked fast and cleaned up all the areas he pruned quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Matias worked almost all day and was extremely thorough on the items he worked on. After seeing how hard he worked, I knew I had to hire him for some additional work that we needed done with mulching. As long as he's willing to drive out our way a bit, I'll be using him from here on out. I highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with Matias' work. He had the appropriate tools and knowledge to get the job done right. He showed up on time (as promised), worked the job to completion, and cleaned the work area well. He was careful to check with me to ensure that the work was being completed as I had envisioned DURING the job. I appreciated this because on this type of job, you don't want to get to the end and find out things are not the way you had requested! I plan on having him do some work at my new home as well. An overall nice guy who did the job as quoted and at a reasonable price.
