Description of Work: I've been very happy with the service. I call from time to time for mow/blow or general yard clean up. I feel like I get a good value.

Description of Work: M&M had excellent references and Angie's List recommendations. They came out to give us a quote on our lawn, including resodding and monthly maintenance but never delivered the quote. Subsequent emails and phone calls went unanswered. If the job wasn't big enough or we were outside their service area they should have said so rather than leaving us hanging.

Description of Work: I received an estimate only from M&M Landscaping. It was a very pleasant experience talking to Matias. I ended up not needing his services because my HOA was able to do it.

Description of Work: Matias dropped by my home on schedule and was very nice as we outlined what needed to be accomplished. I asked for a quote and he took my email address and mentioned that he'd have the quote in my inbox the next business day. It didn't show up and I asked if he had a delay but no response. Not really sure what happened but I haven't heard back and I assume that he may not be interested. Will move on to another vendor. Based on the reviews, he does great work but I guess I won't know that. UPDATE: Miscommunication on both sides. Received quote.

Description of Work: Matias, the owner, is fluent in English and Spanish. He was responsive and timely in making an onsite visit and providing estimates for varying yard work. He is knowledgable about landscaping and plants as demonstrated in his advice and guidance. His estimates were fair and competitive. The work included a large lawn (mowing, trimming, edging and blowing), pruning shrubs around the house, and removal of a small tree. He accompanied and worked with his crew who were punctual, professional, and completed the job as agreed. The work was of high quality and he solicited input during the shrub pruning to ensure they were shaped and the height desired. I am very pleased with this company and have made arrangements for them to do additional work.

Description of Work: Mr. Melendez returned my call within 24 hours, (8/19) and an appointment was made for the next morning, (8/20). Mr. Melendez arrived exactly at the apointment time. He looked at my yard, made recomendations and was to follow-up with an estimate via email. That visit was almost a month ago. I have not heard from Mr. Melendez since that initial visit.

Description of Work: I contacteded them, they said they would get back to me and never did. I don't call that "good service" of any kind. This was my first experience with Angie's list and was not impressed at all.

Description of Work: Clean out weeds, trimmed edge of lawn by beds, and applied 2 inches of mulch

Description of Work: Job: Redo the front garden bed. Requirements: conditioning the soil, mixing it well with rich soil, replant the plants taken out and put it in containers; plant the new selection, and mulch the whole area. The job was completed in 1 day, as expected.

Description of Work: Mow, trim and blow lawn for $45, then prune all shrubs on side of house, some down to the ground and haul away all the debris for additional $200.00.
