We were very pleased with the work and the professionalism.

Service was excellent. I said puntunctuality was a B, but he did explain that he was stuck in traffic. Despite a late start, he was efficient and done in done no time. They also accepted the Angie's List coupon. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

It went fine, the main problem was that due to my location we spent a good bit of the cost for them driving to get supplies to fix a problem that arose during the situation. During scheduling it was conflicting information if they would provide me service or not.

Excellent, also corrected a mistake we had in our piping.

They responded quickly and ended up getting here a day faster than originally planned, The work was excellent and performed rather quickly.

Appointment was made promptly. Plumber was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He was diligent about removing a very stubborn kitchen faucet. We noticed a slow leak in one of the faucets overnight, but he came back the very next day to attend to it. It was a little disappointing that two of the repairs needed pieces requiring a trip downtown, 40 minutes on the clock. But I think that was because of the brand of our existing fixtures and couldn't be helped.

Great; they were able to fit us in the same day because the city had turned our water off until we fixed the leak. He diagnosed the problems within a minute or two, and fixed it in another half-hour. He also noticed that the water pressure in our house was low and made that adjustment too, which only took another 5 minutes or so. They also honored the Angie's List coupon.

My client used them recently. I had a wonderful experience with them. I hired them to go over there to assess the situation. I was negotiating with a seller that was in New York City with a tenant in the house. They just made it all very seemless. They handled it great. Calling and coming exactly when they said they would. Giving us an estimate and going back and following up to do the work. And taking the payment long distance.

Very well. Legacy's price was competitive with a competitor. The work became more complicated because the county required a different route to avoid my sceptic system. Legacy did not charge me extra for the cost of renting the equipment needed to bore under my driveway. Legacy showed up on the job with five panel truck and six crew members. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Legacy is a very good and well-run company.

Part of the issue, it wasn't completely repaired. They had to come back and fixed the leak cause. It was a pin hole under the leak. Its a bit cumbersome when you have to call someone back again to do the work again. Call again, schedule again, to do the work again. Its cumbersome. Its a lower grade because someone has to come back for the problem. I think just to fix the problem in the first place. Its a difficult question. A lot of contractor service depends on the work. Not a company problem necessary, but the skilled individual. Not the same as a company. Price is alright, fine. They were very responsive. When they say that they are coming, their coming. Its up in the air, I'm afraid. Whatever that means. I would use them again, but I hope I don't have to.

They been pretty good. I would give them A for the work. B for the way they responded to the call. I was trying to get them to schedule a call. There was something that happened at that time, where there was a lot of plumbing issues. It could have been the weather, but they were pretty busy. Have someone speak sweetly on the phone, they will be here as soon as they can. It hasn't broken yet, I guess its pretty good. Its expected to last a lot longer. Its plumbing, its suppose to last a long time, so its still working. Its been in place for six months, and expected to last for years. Its good, they call ahead, say they at the window. They are pretty punctual. I will use them again.

Quintin showed up promptly, did a great job, was very efficient and conscientious about the fact that he was charging by the hour/half-hour. Really appreciated that. They billed for the visit, parts, labor and tax, and they honored the Angie's List discount. Very fair.

Excellent. Technician called 15 minutes before appointment time to let me know they were on the way. He did thorough inspection and fixed problem in less than thirty minutes. Very reasonable fee for the service

They left minimum mess even though they had to cut through drywall in several locations. Their price met their estimate and they even took the time fix several small things they saw without additional cost. I will be using them again in the future

We had several issues causing our toilet to leak and not flush properly. Sean came out same day and solved the problems for us. He was polite, friendly and explained to us exactly what needed to be done. He wore shoe protectors and cleaned up when he was done with the repair.

Went very well. On time, polite, worn protective clothing and shoe coverings as had come from a dirty job site. Friendly.

First positive experience was dealing with Liz when I called. She was so pleasant and helpful and put me in touch with Jamie to answer my questions. Jamie was knowledgable and accommodating, saying he would try to fix the problem later that same day. They did! Arriving earlier than I had hoped, Aaron and Rahean quickly assessed the situation and got to work. They were very professional and entertained my questions as they worked. It was obvious that they were intent on doing a quality job. After the pipe was repaired and tested, they also went to great length to replace the soil and sod correctly where they had dug. Overall, a great experience.

I called Jamie and asked if someone could come since I had water on the floor of the upstairs bathroom which was leaking from the toilet and Jamie was kind enough to send Quintin the same day since I was only going to be available during certain hours. Quintin arrived and immediately repaired the toilet and even checked out other areas I had a concern about. He was very polite and professional. I had used Legacy several years ago to install a water heater and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much for repairing and taking care of this problem.
