I called Legacy mid-morning after my wife noticed our water bills were higher than usual, and they had somebody at the door by early afternoon. The plumber (Ron) was friendly and got right to work. Luckily the leak was easy to find (just a foot from the foundation) and some digging revealed a crack in the accursed polybutylene pipe (that has been bedeviling homeowners of houses built in the 80's and 90's for decades.) The repair was done quickly using materials the plumber had with him. This company charges on Time and Materials, and my total bill was FAR less (for the amount of work done) than the last time I called a plumber, who did flat-rate billing. (I was billed over $1k for 3 hours of work.) I felt the hourly rates were reasonable ($100 first hour, $50 ea. additional hour.) I'm sure that I paid list-price for the parts (vs., say, Amazon prices), but that's not surprising; I expect to pay premium prices for stuff that the plumber has to carry on his truck all the time.

Extremely professional. Explained the issue in terms I could understand and reassured me there were no issues with the plumbing system. Even walked me through basic maintenance for my hot water heater. Will definitely hire again if we have any other plumbing issues.

My technician called ahead and showed up right on time. He made quick work of the toilet repair. The shower head was a bit more complicated and had some difficult parts but he solved it quickly and efficiently. He left the workspace clean and tidy.

The plumber showed up as scheduled. I had problems with two outdoor faucets. He replaced one at reasonable cost and showed me that the other was working as designed (though I don't really like the design) which saved me a good bit.

The tech Quinton came by assessed my water heater, and noticed an issue with my thermal expansion tank was dead. We also had concerns of loud dripping and he found that noise was coming from my pipes expanding. Quinton was punctual, professional, and friendly. He even took the time out to write how much a new water heater would cost.

We spoke with Legacy by phone before they came out and described in detail the problem. He knew exactly what was needed, and the plumber brought the material with him. Everything worked out great. He fixed the problem, one that had nagged us for the past few years, in a little over one hour. Very impressive!

Top Notch! I noticed my water heating leaking on a Friday evening. I sent an email to Legacy Plumbing at 7:04pm with my name, address, and general description of the issue. I received an email from Jamie, owner of the company at 7:36pm. Jamie explained that although they are technically overbooked for the weekend, he would see what he can do to squeeze me into their schedule. The following morning, I received a phone call from Jamie at 8:47am and told me that Shaun would be out this afternoon between Noon and 2pm. Excellent! Shaun called be at 12:05pm and said he was on the way, will arrive in 45 minutes. Upon arrival I noticed their professional truck. Shaun introduced himself and I led him to the water heater. It turns out the water heater wasn't leaking, it was just a fitting on the water lines going into the top of the water heater. Shaun went out to his truck and returned with a handful of various pipes and fittings. Shaun was very professional and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He made the repair right away. I was very impressed that they accept credit cards electronically onsite with an instant emailed receipt - very cool. The price was very reasonable, actually less than I figured it would cost. Legacy Plumbing just blew me away. Despite contacting them "after hours" on Friday night...the company President responded to my email right away, and then he personally called me the following morning to schedule the visit. I cannot possibly be more happy. Hats Off Gentlemen!

When I discovered the water mark on my ceiling this morning, I had no idea that I would be fortunate enough to have a plumber out on the same day to diagnose the simple problem, fix it, and at a reasonable price no less! Quintin called when he was on his way, was polite, friendly, and explained everything easily. I will definitely be calling Legacy plumbing in the future!

Quentin is the best! I'm only going to request him if I ever need another plumber. He came in and we went over the issues with my water pressure. He explained that this was an issue with the regulator and I didn't need to replace all pipes (something another plumber had suggested for $8K+). Then he got to work on flushing the water heaters, replacing my pressure regulator valve, and even replacing my water heater's overfill tank (which we found leaking). He did all of this work in less than 2 hours! I couldn't believe it. As plumbers go, you can't find anyone better.

The professional installer was courteous, articulate, humorous, diligent, punctual. Could not have asked for a better experience. The company owner was very considerate from the first call-squeezed me in without delay, acquired preferred water tank. Just an all-around best install.

I had worked with a plumber previously who had rebuilt the inside of the toilet, but it still wasn't working properly, so I needed it to be repaired for good. Joe knew the problem immediately (hose was too long) and fixed it. The kitchen faucet replacement, which I thought would be the easier of the two jobs, turned out to be really more intricate than I had expected. The pipes for the faucet were behind this monstrous disposal that was large enough to consume a small child, and the cabinet was really tight. Amazingly it took him only about 40 minutes to replace the faucet and hook everything back together. He was very professional and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would definitely call them again.

I did not expect to get a plumber to my house on the same day that I called to make an appointment, nor did I expect him to get here within the hour! Aaron was awesome! He arrived promptly and was very pleasant, professional, and honest!! He quickly diagnosed the problem and my toilets were working again in no time! After finishing our transaction, I forgot I had a coupon and he was kind enough to refund my money and perform the transaction again with no complaints! He was very friendly and happy to oblige!

This is about the 5th time we've used Legacy. They have ALWAYS provided prompt, on-time, professional, competent service. Quintin is THE BEST! He really knows what he's doing, and is very personable. We always request him. We highly recommend Legacy!

Had been dealing with a weird intermittent vacuum leak type noise coming from near the water main - called up Legacy and was able to get a convenient time slot. Joe came out on time and was very professional. Got right to work diagnosing the issue as a bad pressure reducing valve and quoted me what I thought was a fair price. At the end, he came back and showed me that somehow previous plumbers had installed 2 duplicate pressure reducing valves in series for an unknown reason - both were obviously shot (were probably 1998 vintage, so well past their prime). They happily gave a $10 Angie's List discount when I mentioned it, so that's an added bonus. Now my house doesn't sound like its haunted when I flush my toilet/use my sink!

Called to see about scheduling an appointment, they had availability the same day that afternoon. They called in advance so that I would have time to get home from work, but I had left early so was already home and I was pleasantly surprised that they came early instead of sticking to the scheduled time. PRV was functioning, but old, they suggested replacement, but also told me how I could monitor it after upcoming town water pressure change, and didn't push me with a hard sell on replacing it. If it needs replacing moving forward I will definitely contact Legacy. For the estimate for the interior water shutoff for the house it was about $100 less than we were quoted a couple of years ago when we had some plumbing work done by another company, and I told them to go ahead. Things went well and fast, and was right on the mark for the estimate. I also want to say that the plumber, Joe (no, not that Joe the Plumber), was great. Lots of information, explained things, and if/when I use Legacy again I hope he is still working there and is the person that comes out.

Excellent service. They responded to an email within an hour on July 4th holiday. Tech appointment was made for later in the week through email and he showed up on time and was efficient with repairs. He even took the time to look at another problem and advise on repair next steps. Glad to find a reliable plumbing company after several unsatisfactory experiences.

While it's not pleasant to experience a plumbing problem in your home, I can say without reservation that dealing with Legacy Plumbing was a wonderful experience. My first interaction with Legacy was with Liz who answered my call. She was friendly, courteous, empathetic and highly professional. When I scheduled the service appointment, she explained exactly how Legacy's charges would be determined, so I knew in advance exactly what to expect. Joe arrived precisely on time and evaluated my problem, which turned out to be more serious than I expected. He thoroughly explained the issues and presented several alternatives for addressing them. He then performed the work in a competent, professional and timely manner. The final bill was in the range that I expected based on Liz's explanation. I will definitely call Legacy Plumbing for any future plumping needs.
