The test itself was done professionally. Even though I will not hesitate to call Legacy for any plumbing issues I have in the future, I could not objectively score Legacy an "A" in a few areas on this visit because there was a mix-up on my service request requiring more communication and far longer than expected to receive the service. However, given the other reviews and my face-to-face experience with Jamie (the owner), I believe this was an exception rather than the rule for their service. Jamie was sincerely apologetic and professional. I will definitely call Legacy in the future for any plumbing work.

Great. I called that morning and they were able to come over that afternoon. They were quick arrived on time and reasonably priced.

I found these guys on Angie's List and talked to them a couple of times before the installation. They were always available to answer any questions and returned calls promptly. They showed up on time and did a great installation for us at a fair price. You can't ask for more than that. We'll call Legacy for all our future plumbing needs.

They were good, they were great. They actually had to dig up the sewer line in the backyard and glue down an access piece. They were definitely on-time; it was freezing like 10 degrees outside so the guy was great. The price was definitely worth it. I would most definitely use them in future.

A 1/2 inch polybutylene cold water pipe burst inside an interior wall and caused significant flooding before the leak was detected (no one was at home - the next door neighbor reported it). I turned off the main water supply and called Legacy Plumbing. They arrived in less than 2 hours, located the leak, cut out some sheet rock and replaced about 3 inches of split pipe. The repair was quick and effective. I did not ask them to replace/repair the sheet rock or do any flood clean-up.

I called Legacy late in the afternoon about a leak in the service line from the meter and Jamie came the next morning in pouring rain to give me an estimate. After receiving a higher estimate from another company I called Jamie and he said they could do the work the next day. The leak was under bushes in front of the house, flooded by the rain and the leak. They cut back the bushes for access but managed to dig down to the line without removing any bushes. The problem was a leaking pressure reducing valve which they finally found and replaced. The whole job was messy with water and red clay everywhere. They did a good job clearing up the dirt and washed down the sidewalk with a garden hose. I was very impressed with their willingness to take on an unpleasant job, and when the bill came they had reduced their modest estimate by 10% as offered on Angie's List. They are now my plumbers of choice for any future work, inside or out.

They have always been extremely responsive. They have a staff of four including the owner. The owner has came out for emergencies at 10:00 p.m. on the weekends, and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. The prices are competitive.
