They arrived the same day, repaired the leak and fixed some previous plumbing mistakes; they explained how it was fixed and gave some tips on preventing further problems. Highly recommend.

We have used Legacy for years and have always been pleased with their work. The last time we used them our whole house filter housing had cracked and water was pouring everywhere from our crawl space. When we realized what was going on, it had been leaking for hours. The owner, Jaime Dickenson, came out on a Sunday morning, and worked hard to get everything fixed and get our water back on. We really appreciate what he did that day and all the work he has done for us. Would highly recommend his business!

On the evening of 29 November, I discovered that the expansion tank on the input line to our hot water heater was leaking. It was leaking at a significant rate, but not enough to need an "emergency" repair. After doing some research, I sent a message to Legacy Plumbing through the angielist.com website. Before 8am the next morning, Mr. Jamie Dickenson called me. He apologized that the earliest he could have a plumber out to do the job would be 2 that afternoon. When I told him we couldn't be home that early in the day, he happily offered a 3:30 appointment. I appreciated a) his understanding about our availability, and b) that he cares about his employees (he gave the assignment to someone as their last appointment of the day and it would be on their way home). The plumber arrived on time. He was polite and professional. He replaced the tank and the fitting that was very badly corroded. Replacing the fitting was not expected when the I scheduled the work. But, a visual inspection after the tank was removed made it obvious that the fitting would likely fail in the near future. The work was completed in 2 hours (45 minutes was waiting for the cement for the CPVC pipe fitting to dry so that he could verify his work before leaving).

We found water accumulating below our kitchen sink and called legacy plumbing to come look at it since we don't know anything about plumbing and this is our first house. The guy who came out was awesome and fixed it immediately (apparently the faucet had just become loose from the hose!) and also gave me some great advice about the kitchen sink and plumbing in general. Totally worth the fee.

I called Legacy Plumbing at noon last Monday, and by the end of the day, they had perfectly installed a new 50 gallon natural gas hot water heater, replaced my thermal expansion tank, and installed a new pressure regulator. They even stayed until close to 7:00 pm to finish up the job. I was very happy with the experience from start to finish!! I would definately recommend Legacy Plumbing.

I found Legacy Plumbing Company on Angie?s List last year. They replaced a kitchen faucet. I called them for a garbage disposal installation. Last week, after doing some price shopping for a new water heater, I chose Legacy again. In every case, they have be fast to respond and very efficient. I have total confidence in them and they are my plumbing company of choice. I told a neighbor about them and they have done work for him, too.

Called that morning and was offered choice to days and times for service to be completed. They came to my home the same afternoon. On time, polite, and professional. I would definitely use them again.

We called Legacy Plumbing when we noticed a wet mark on a ceiling below our bathroom. Legacy arrived and ran various tests to determine where the leak was. The leak turned out to be a failed shower pan (pan was 30 years old) and was not something that a plumber could fix. Legacy did recommend a general contractor to us. We were very pleased with their punctuality and knowledge of how to find a leak without tearing out the ceiling below.

I arrived home one day after work to find water running out from under my garage door. The water was pouring out of my water heater. I called Legacy Plumbing because they had performed very satisfactory work for me before. Jamie Dickenson, the owner, arrived very promptly even though it was after his regular hours. He stopped the leak, drained the rest of the water out of the heater and checked the gas connection. He determined that I needed a new water heater and although I ultimately did not purchase it from him, I value his expertise and professionalism. I will definitely call him for future plumbing needs.

I called Legacy on 11-27-12 around 12:10 pm and left a message. Mr. Dickenson called me back at 12:55 pm. He told me that he could go out the next morning. Erin came out the next morning and after checking the toilet and finding out that the problem was not there, he checked outside and found the problem in the sewer line. He cleaned out the line (was not pretty) and then went back to the bathroom and cleaned up. He was very good and polite. I would call them again for my son or for me. I have already given his name to my sister who may be calling him soon.

The crew was professional and worked extra hard to ensure things were done correctly. At one point they discovered a leak at the meter connection (on the city side) and became our advocate, defending the fact that the leak was not on our side. At one point the president of the firm left a job site to discuss the issue with the city which resulted in the city replacing our meter at the street. I am very pleased with the company's work and the fact that they went above and beyond what was expect.

They were prompt, cheerful & courteous and nothing has gone wrong.

I called one afternoon after discovering the leak at roughly 2:00 pm ; reported that I had turned off the input to the hot water heater and would like for someone to come by the next morning. I was told I would be the first appointment for Joel the next morning. Joel was prompt and repaired the problem quickly - he knew what to do and how to do it - he also re-arranged the pipe configuration such that an elbow joint was not necessary to route the pipe from the water-heater into the house - so where there formerly existed a 90 degree joint there is now a single pvc pipe - so a future leak, should it ever occur will either be entirely on the hot water heater side (garage) or contained in the crawl space on the other side of the drywall (crawl space) - so, a future leak will not damage drywall or insulation.

Erin was one of the techs that started off on the job and then Johnny came by to help him finish up. They were extremely professional and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend them.

I knew we were going to have problems but the plumber was patient and tried everything he could to complete the job. He apologized for not being able to. He also fixed the flapper on a toilet that kept running. I appreciated him keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. I have used Jamie Dickenson for years on many other real estate related transactions and I recommend him constantly to people. Thanks for the great job guys!

I would definately use Legacy Plumbing Company again and would recommed them to friends. Shaun came to our home at the exact scheduled time. He knew immediately what the problem was and gave me a detailed description of why our toilet wasn't working. Shaun did repair our toilet at a very reasonable price. Shaun was professional and polite.

I had two toilets that were darn near impossible to flush. One of them got so bad I broke the handle trying to flush it, and the other that was constantly running. I emailed the company late after hours on a Friday. Jamie (the owner?) contacted me early Monday to set up a date to have someone come out. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday between 8:30 and 9:30am. Joel, arrived at 8:40 and looked at both toilets. He went back out to the truck for about 10mins came back in and fixed the first toilet (with the broken handle). That took about 20mins and he told what the issue was. He replace the inside parts of it and the handle. He should me what a working gasket looks like in compared to the one he replace. He explained why that makes it hard to flush and told me in the future to make sure I flush the toilet regularly to help with this. He then took about 15m to replace the insides of the guest toilet and told me to also make sure I run water in the tub there a a little more often to keep the trap moist and prevent odors from starting. Overall he was there about an hour. The parts were about $80 but of course the labor was $120. I would certainly use them again. Terilyn

He went above and beyond the call of duty. They were efficient and prompt as well. It was incredibly thorough service.

There were already a couple of projects on our "honey do" list when I completed some early morning yard work on a day when the temperature was quickly moving toward the projected high of 103 degrees. My much anticipated shower would be marred by surprisingly low water pressure and luke warm water. Frustration did not cover what I felt. I dreaded blindly picking a plumber from the yellow pages and hoping that THIS TIME I would get the repairs that were needed at a fair price. I joined Angie's List so not only would the plumber's professional integrity be on the line, so would the integrity of Angie's List. My positive experience began when the owner of Legacy plumbing answered my call and said that a specialist/technician would be out between 2 - 4:00 pm that afternoon, earlier if possible. It was earlier. Shaun Jackson arrived about noon and quickly began to assess my homes plumbing problems. He explained everything that he found and educated me on the process needed to repair it and the cost. Shaun was professional, polite, and as he was leaving I realized that I did not have one question about anything because he had anticipated everything that I should have asked (and didn't know to ask.) Legacy Plumbing has set a new standard as to what I should expect from the people I trust to help me care for my home. I should expect an owner who is invested enough in his business that he/she is hands on. I was impressed when Jamie Dickenson answered my initial call. It made me feel he would be available if the specialist/technician ran into a problem and needed his expertise also. I have never had a plumbing problem that was not an emergency and I appreciate Legacy not adding an extra fee for showing up quickly. This was the best experience I have ever had with any home repair. Btw, Thanks Shaun for politely ignoring the dirt streaks that I missed while taking my inadequate early morning shower. You're the best! Goodbye yellow pages roulette and hello Angies list!

They were awesome. They came out within 45 min of my calling them, as they said they would. Did great job. Reasonably priced. Guy that came out was really nice & helpful (can't remember his name off hand) & they accepted Angie's List coupon no problem. Couldn't have gone better & will definitely call on them again.

Although approximately 45 minutes late, the work was done in a timely manner for a price I thought was reasonable. Also did a free water test for me and made a couple of recommendations regarding filters.

We just moved into a foreclosure and knew the water heater needed replace. Called Legacy and they sent Joel out to give us a quote. Their price was reasonable and Joel was great! He also looked at a leaky faucet and gave my husband advice on how to repair it. He also spent time with us on other concerns we had with buying a new home. We would definitely use Joel and Legacy Plumbing again.

He fixed it in the most cost efficient way possible, which I really appreciated. He was timely. I would use him again. I've used other plumbers in the past that I didn't care for as much so I kept their little sticker and I would definitely use them again.
