Description of Work: My toilet had an internal leak. Quinton came three times. He installed a new flapper the first two times, then replaced the flush valve the third visit. I had already replaced the flapper, so it was a pain that he did the same thing two more times.

Description of Work: The work was done at my church. They performed the annual back-flow check at the main water shut-off. Also replaced an outside freeze-proof faucet at the rear of the building. In order to make the replacement, they had to cut a small opening in the sheet-rock wall on the inside. They made a very neat and clean rectangular cut, making it very easy to close the opening and spackle. Very pleased with their workmanship.

Description of Work: Jerry came out to provide us with an estimate for a tankless water heater installation and the removal of our two water heaters in our attic. He was very professional and explained everything very clearly to me. At this time we are not hiring them, because we are going to wait til later in the year to install a system.
