They were very nice. They're very knowledgeable about their product. When they came out to work, they came on-time. They completed the job in a day and a half. We had a few problems with their work and they came out the next day to fix it.

Well pleased with Lee's. Answered my many, many questions promptly. Thorough, courteous, excellent quality. Will be hiring again to do floors upstairs!

Outstanding experience from in-store sales, in-home measurement and estimate and installation. All personnel were professional and delivered value. Excellent experience.

The installation was done on time using a dustless system which greatly reduced the mess. We removed the old carpet ourselves to save some money. We also applied Killz to subflooring where dog urine had been. The most difficult thing was keeping the dogs off the floor while it dried. The floors still look great. Lee's crew were professional, polite and thorough. I would call them again for flooring needs.

Overall, the work went very well. They came at the time that they promised. The work took the amount of time that was expected. They did a good job of cleaning after themselves. The work was done very quickly. We have been very happy with the floor that they have installed and at how they have installed it. Their price seemed fair.

I am very thrilled with them. They have done work for me before. That's why I used them again. They do outstanding work. They have very skilled craftsmen. They do a really great job. I had them install hardwood floors in my house to match my existing hardwood floors and they were able to match them exactly. Even though they didn't do the original work, they did the additional work and it matched exactly. It looks like it was done by the same provider. The new work in the garage was done very quickly. They just do beautiful work. I have recommended them to many friends already.

They were late by 7 hours on the first day because they got held up on another job. They were supposed to be here at 8 in the morning. They called up and said that they would be here by noon, but they didn?t come until almost 3. They again got held up on another job because of what happened, but they have been good since then. Their work is excellent. The workers are very polite and nice. They are doing a great job. The office staff is also very nice and so are Mr. and Ms. Lee. Their punctuality was the only problem on the first day. The floor is perfect now. I would definitely use them again.

We had to move out while the work was being done, due to the extent of the work. We had to move all of the furniture out of the rooms where the work was to be done. We left them a key and went to the beach for a week. They came in on Monday, made the repairs, sanded and put on the first coat of polyurethane. The remaining 2 coats were applied on Tues and Wed. We were told that we couldn't walk on the floors until Fri., and not to move the furniture back until Sat. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The only problems were minor. They use a type of vacuum system that removes more of the dust than standard systems during the sanding process. Even so, there was still a fine layer of dust in the rooms that weren't done. They had also suggested that we tape up the doors to cabinets to keep the dust out. It also appeared that the sander got away from the operator on one set of stairs, as there were arc-shaped marks on the walls and woodwork going up the stairs. However, as I said the quality of the floor refinishing was excellent. Their price was slightly higher than the other estimates that we got.

We had a very large area done during a remodel. We were living in the house while we gutted the entire first floor. Our contractor suggested Lee's and he had tried working with many subs. Lee's was the one he was happiest with. The estimate was very accurate. The installers were very professional. The sales team and office staff was friendly. They let me borrow samples of flooring and stain for a few days to make up my mind and steered me toward a less expensive flooring because he had had difficulties with curling in the width I had originally wanted. He would have done it if I had insisted but he wanted me to be happy. The installers worked very efficiently. I was shocked at how much they did so quickly. The mess was minimal and they cleaned up after themselves completely. I felt they bent over backward for me to accommodate my schedule and get the floors stained and sealed while we were out of town. I am 100% happy with my floors and I would use them again without hesitation.

Estimate only, but right on target with other estimates after a little negotiation.

They installed the hardwood flooring in the rest of our house and we were familiar with their work. They came out and gave me an estimate for the price and how long it would take. They started right on time and followed the original schedule. They made sure to explain what they were going to do and they stuck right to that. We have been very happy with their work. The floors look great.

It went very well. They were very responsive as far as helping design and selecting flooring. They did the work in the time they estimated. They did an excellent job and when they found any problems they would fix them.

I made an appointment with these people six months in advance. I confirmed the appointment three different times that they would be here. I was living in an apartment so I was on a very tight time line. Come the day they were to be here, they never showed up. I was told that no appointment had been made for me. After finally getting them out here and the work was completed, I found that there were a number of things not finished or repaired. I had to call them again. They would not believe me with and sent someone out to look at it. They did finally end up finishing the job. In the meantime I end up having to rent my apartment for an extra month. After all is said and done, it was corrected and looks good however I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The salesman was great and gave us various options to consider. The estimate was right on and the workers did a very good work. However, we had many scheduling/communications problems with the person from the office who did the scheduling. She said they were done and then a crew showed up the next day. When no one was home, she called my husband and lied about talking to me about scheduling the time. After we set up a new day/time they were 3 hours late. They also broke the floor vent, and took it to replace it, but didn't tell us. We had to call to find out where it was. We had so many problems with the scheduling that we would not recommend or use them again. We sent a letter to the president of the company telling him of our experience and received nothing except the standard 'thank you for your business' letter. If I had a business and had a complaint against one of my employees I would at least want to talk to the customer to find out what happened. Very discouraging...

Lee's came recommended from our next door neighbor and we were very satisfied. The floors are beautiful and do not have the circular scratch marks that had been left by a previous contractor. The work was done on schedule. I chatted with the sanders while we waited for the machine to arrive and though their English was not great, we understood each other I could tell they took their work seriously. The salespeople had warned us that the sanding would yield a lot of dust so I sealed off several adjacent rooms with plastic and duct tape, but this turned out to be unnecessary as the dust was minor. The sales staff is extremely pleasant and very interested in buyer satisfaction. The toe molding was done perfectly though strangely one end of hallway was left unfinished. When I called them about it they sent a team of three men the next day and had it done in fifteen minutes.

THEIR SERVICE WAS JUST TERRIFIC! THE CARPET LOOKS JUST GREAT IN MY HOME. I WAS REALLY GLAD THAT THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS ANYWHERE IN MY DOWNSTAIRS. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS JUST EXCELLENT AS WELL.

THE FLOORS WERE INSTALLED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY WORKED HARD THE ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE IN OUR HOME TO GET THE JOB DONE ON TIME. EVERYTHING LOOKS VERY NICE.
