Description of Work: Ben Rutter, the owner of Leaves Out, contracted with S&M Gutters to replace all gutters and downspouts. Ben put the LeavesOut guards on the new gutters. Both companies were superb and highly recommended. We've been pleased with the performance of both the new gutters and the guards.

Description of Work: Leaves out gutter guards were installed over 1/2 of my home - the areas where the heaviest tree coverage is present. I've been thinking of getting the remainder of the gutters covered as well. The owner of the company does the work and is very professional, responsive and reasonable about what will serve you the best. I've recommended Leaves Out to many people and will continue to in the future. There are many knock offs out there so make sure you go with Leaves Out as the quality is superior to any other. I believe this is the only gutter cover that works. The gutters on my home that are covered with Leaves Out are clean and empty of all debris!

Description of Work: Had Leaves out Gutter system installed on newly built screened porch and had other existing downspouts replaced. Powerwashed house and fixed some other items unrelated to gutters. Came for another call to investigate a possible animal in a downspout but all was clear. Inspected roof and fixed a piece of siding and shingle during inspection. Just charged service call fee for this seecond visit.

Description of Work: Received a quote which was extremely fair as compared to other companies. They also provided numerous samples of other products that were inferior. Downspouts from the 3rd floor were connected to the second floor gutters, which prevents excessive water flow. The new gutter covers are beautiful and matches the existing paint perfectly. They were on time and very professional.

+ -1 more.The work went very well. the Company that put in the gutters did a good job, adding new larger downspouts in places that Ben had recommended, and then Ben came out and did all the gutter guards personally. All the work was done in two days. They looked great when he got done, the dark color brown we chose blending nicely with the roof and the trim on the house. We had one good rain and they seemed to work well, keeping out all the leaves and pine needles that would have gone right into our old gutters. Ben says he has never had a clogged gutter in over 20 years of installation. We had some minor issues with the a couple of the new downspouts, so Ben contacted the gutter company for us and between that company, and Ben, they addressed the issues right away, in just a day or so. Everyone we worked with was very personable and pleasant. I would recommend Ben Rutter and LeavesOut to people in my neighborhood, or anyone, who is looking for a good quality gutter guard. I really like the fact that this is a family owned business and that the guards are manufactured right here in North Carolina. I should mention that previously we had "cheaper" gutter screens installed, and that they were so poor at keeping out debris (they did not keep out the pine needles at all), we finally had them removed. I do not see this happening here now!
Description of Work: Ben Rutter arranged for another company to install new gutters and downspouts on our home, and when they were through, he came out and personally installed sturdy, attractive solid gutter covers to keep out the leaves, pine needles and debris from our many overhanging trees. He put deflectors in the valleys of the roof, that helps prevent debris from getting into the corners and letting water overshoot the gutters at those points. He has a transferable limited lifetime warranty that the gutters will never be clogged. The gutter covers were put on over 300 feet of gutter and are very competitively priced with similar type covers. They are made in North Carolina, and were "invented " by Ben's father. Ben has a 90 day satisfaction guarantee - if we are not satisfied, all money will be refunded.
