I had my old gutters replaced with new wider gutters as well as wider downspouts. I also added the gutter guard product. The gutters and gutter helmet were black which really matches well with the rest of the home and adds curb appeal. After the gutters were installed, it rained about an hour and a half later that same day. It worked like a charm and it is nice not having to walk though a miniature waterfall in front of my door when it rains.

We had an excellent experience with Leaves Out Gutter Guards of Raleigh. I contacted the company for information and they scheduled a meeting for Ben to come discuss our options. He was very professional, courteous and friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions and give us a detailed estimate of the work to be performed. We considered his proposal and notified him the next day that we decided to have the guards installed....there was NO pressure at all, which I appreciate! An installation date was scheduled, and they arrived right on time and were very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this service to anyone that has decided that the periodic cleaning of their gutters has just become too strenuous for them!

Great - installed gutters with their unique gutter guard system, and downspouts, on our new garage and a section of our house that did not have gutters before, and replaced some of the old gutters on the house. They look great and work great - impressive sales presentation. Brought a sample into the house so I could get a close-up look at how they look and function. Convinced me that this is a superior product to all the other "gutter helmets" and "gutter screens" on the market. They came within a week and took care of it in just a few hours. Did a nice job of tying in the new gutters with the existing gutters and downspouts so everything looks and works nice. Cleaned out our old gutters so they are good until this fall, when we will hire them again to replace the rest of the gutters that they did not replace this time.

We have not really had much rain since installation...so I can not fully evaluate. The installers however were very professional, punctual, and neat. The gutter covers blend in beautifully and supposedly need no care from us! We are DONE with the ladder to the roof!!

Very well. The estimate was in line with my budget expectations. Work was timely, professional and high quality. 2 guys did the job - both very nice and native English, so communication no problem. A couple weeks after the job was done, we received 15+ inches of rain in ~24 hours from Hurricane Matthew. The gutters did not overflow and drained exactly as expected. Have not yet had enough leaves to fall to know with 100% confidence the efficacy of the guards. Nevertheless, I would recommend this company and their product.

It works. No over shooting as they promised and came to the house several times until all the gutter works!

I purposely waited a year to write this review so I could evaluate the work that was done. The work that was done can only be defined as quality materials, work, and workmanship. My rain gutters are now able to handle all of the water coming off of my roof with no problems. It used to be that my rain gutters did a great imitation of Niagara Falls. No more!!! Extremely satisfied with the job that LeavesOut Gutter Guards did on my house.

The Leavesout company did an excellent job on our house. We were able to make an appointment right away. He was on time and gave me an overview of the company. While he measured and walked around the house to assess the job he gave me a video to watch on his iPad which was a detailed review of the family business (I especially enjoyed the pictures of the family). This was all in all a very personalized and professional business which made me all the more comfortable with my decision to use them for our gutter replacement. I was given a complete review of all the areas that needed attention including downspouts that were not properly attached to our new house. He quoted a price, which I thought was very reasonable for the amount of work we needed. I asked when he could start and he stated, ‘how about tomorrow?”. I was delighted and they did start early the next morning. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They also discovered a problem under a downspout that needed work to prevent the wash out of the foundation of our new home! He offered to repair the issue and quoted a charge of $25.00, if I wanted him to do it. I was so thankful for the inspection and detection of this potential threat to our foundation and even more so with the quick fix and quoted price. Just had my house done in Garner, NC. The service was amazing and they have a very personal touch, with followup cards and clear communication. My gutters are clean and my worries are abated. Ben was more than professional and I would recommend him to everyone.

Old gutters were ripped out by S&M Seamless Gutters. New (bigger) gutters were installed with all new downspouts. As soon as the new gutters were in place, Ben and his team arrived to install the new guards. This is one of those teams that work hard, keep commitments, are craftsmen at heart and provide excellent value. We are very pleased with the results.

The services from LeavesOut Gutter Guards of Raleigh turned out well, although the gutter guards are on the high end of the cost, it is very expensive. We have got a lot of pines in our backyard here and you get the needles on the roof all the time and those gutter guards work very well. They charge by the foot and I had the gutters put all around the house and I think it was around 2000 dollars or in that approximate range. We had one cosmetic issue in one of the guards and they came out after we contacted them, they came out promptly within a week I think or so to correct that little issue. I don't know how their prices are compared to others but they did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do and they were here promptly on the time that we scheduled. The job was done very quickly. If I had to use them again then I would use them again but what I would do is also check a couple of other suppliers of gutter guards for the pricing.

I was very pleased. The gentleman came out when he said he would, provided an estimate that I felt was fair, and he stuck to that estimate. The work was done, and he gave us some insight into maybe some additional work that we should have done, and he was able to provide a third party contractor, and we were able to get that work done. He's local, he was very hands on, and provided references. It was very easy from start to finish. He did what he said he was going to do and gave my high quality installation for the price that he had quoted. He was at the top of the list for vendors that we have had.

This was an overall great experience. Ben was very professional and the work was done in time frame that he estimated. The guards are currently working perfectly. We're looking forward to never getting up on a ladder again! Thanks for great product!

Ben was very knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions to correct the issues with our gutters. He was prompt for the both the estimate and the installation appointments and did the installation in one trip. Our job was the third one completed by Leaves Out on our street in the last few months. Professional, courteous, quality. Very good experience.

They came out and were quick and we were very happy with the job and the value. The came when they said they would come. We were happy with the end result. I thought this would be a great deal to give to an older parent.

In just a few months of owning our house our gutters were visibly full of pine needles and leaves so much that rain was about to overflow the gutter due to the debris so we had gutter guards installed right after Christmas. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I waited until I was home for a big rain (you can see part of our gutter from one of the windows) to post the review and watched the water flow into the gutter while leaves blew off, just as advertised. The product is slightly more expensive than others but is definitely designed to work differently and with better materials. Very pleased with the service and, to date, more than satisfied with how the product works! Update (Feb 2015): Been over a full year and have had no issues or concerns with the gutter. The area we can see we've observed during all types of weather including storms and it has worked great - our gutters would clog within a few days in the past and now they're still 100% clear. The technology works and is worth the price difference based upon what I've seen in other houses that installed different technology - our pine needle problem is no longer a problem for our roof (our yard on the other hand...)!

Leaves Out was great - cost and service were exactly as quoted, and are functioning well. The service was prompt and on schedule, and there was absolutely no mess, The new gutters match the house and the guards are almost invisible. The entire project took less than a day. The subcontractor had to be reminded about the fascia boards, but immediately fixed them and did a great job as well. The only complaint I have is that the sub left several downspouts in our crawlspace, which I didn't find until several weeks later when replacing the HVAC filter. I would definitely recommend LeavesOut to my family and friends.

We met Ben at a home show in February. We were turned off by other pushy salesmen and Ben was a welcome change. Ben just told us what his product was and how it worked, no pressure whatsoever. We decided, also, that we wanted to hire a local company. Ben was very prompt at coming out to assess the job. We felt his price was fair, especially in comparison to other quotes and work we had done. He was able to schedule us quickly. He has his friend from S&M Gutters put the actual gutters up then Ben comes and installs the covers. The only negative comment I have about the experience was a bag of gutter scraps and shards that I had to pick up behind S&M Gutters.
