Description of Work: Angie's List had this as a special on 4/1/11. 4 hours of housecleaning for $99. I'm still waiting to have my house cleaned it is now 6/9/11. 2 months of waiting is more than I had expected I will be asking for a refund.

Description of Work: I cannot rate the quality of work performed by this company as I never actually had them in my home. I bought an Angie's List coupon ($79 for four hours of home/office cleaning) in early April 2011. I got an auto message reply from the company asking for patience, that they had been overwhelmed with requests for service due to the coupon. Okay, no problem. I was in no hurry but thought it would be a great idea to have a professional housecleaner come in before a June 12 event we were planning. So, in May when I still hadn't heard from the company, I emailed and asked for some possible dates. Again, not in a hurry, but wanted to get on their schedule. I received a very nice apology call from the owner, Renee Wilson, who stated (again) that they had been overwhelmed and would get to me as soon as possible. No problem. On June 2, I again contacted the company and Renee called me right back and said that she thought the date I gave her would work (June 9, the only date I could swing it this week) but she would have to check her calendar. No return call, so I called on Monday, June 6. Renee called me back (without listening to my message) and after I went through the message with her, said that June 9 would not work but I had 6 months to use the coupon. Quite frankly, I am no longer interested in using this company. They may be really good, but it is not worth the time or trouble. I wish they had a strategy in place to deal with the overwhelming amount of business they got from Angie's List. I hope others had a better experience. If I cannot get my money back, I will have to mark this up to experience and not use the coupons again.

Description of Work: They are efficient, professional and thorough. Occasionally I need to point out small places missed but they correct it right away.

Description of Work: This cleaning service cleans our house on a biweekly basis. We have used them for over 7 years, and we have always been pleased with the quality and the price. Our house is very large -- about 7500 sq. feet, and we have several features, like the wood floors and the piano, that we are very particular about. Renee Wilson makes sure that her staff takes great care with our home and furnishings. They are also great about working around us. My husband and I both work from home, and we have small children who are at home as well. They are always great about accommodating us.
