It Sparkles It Shines It's Clean

Baah! She is currently booked! But what would you expect from someone with 60 good reviews? So she is obviously doing something right. However, when I called, I called in the early afternoon and she had returned my call by 5:00 that day. I was not home and she left a message saying that she was booked and that if I would like to call her back if I wanted her to call if she had openings. I appreciate the quick call even though she was booked. That speaks volumes!

We have been using SSC for about two years now. They are great--it is always nice to come home to a clean home. Recently after a cleaning, some kind of stain was left on our front entryway woodwork. I contacted Renee, who called me back immediately and then arranged to have a carpenter out the next day to look at the stain and suggest a fix. We were completely satisfied with the responsiveness of SSC and for the quality of the repair work that was promptly done. It is always a pleasure to work with people who are intelligent and accountable.

I bought this coupon but provider was extremely unresponsive - after repeated calls decided that the aggravation was not worth more time so never used the coupon

The quality was ok, but after inspecting some areas of baseboard cleaning, we had found some "hard to reach" locations "undone/untouched". Also, at the end of the service, there was pressure to give the company an "A" vs. "what could they do to ensure they had exceeded expectations". This attitude "turned off" my wife from the company since the focus was not on the "opportunity for them", but leaned toward being an "opportunity for us". We may consider using them again, however, we would explore other options first.

They did a great job. I was very pleased with their work.

Saw company on Angie's list. Owner (Renee) was a little slow to respond but when she did, came promptly to the property to give us an estimate. Her estimate was almost 1.5 times than our previous estimates. E-mailed her to see if she would negotiate - was instead told that they are quite backlogged and I could be placed on a wait list. Seriously!! Wait list for a cleaning service. Thats ridiculous and defeats the purpose.

Renee not only cleans but is very personable and positive. She accommodated me well in her busy schedule and showed up when she said she would. She and her crew mopped, scrubbed, and cleaned. For what it's worth, my house was under contract two weeks after I put it on the market.

As the team arrived, Renee went through everything with me making sure she understood what I wanted done. Then she gave directions to her team instructing what was to be done in each room & who was to do it. I was impressed with the great communication!

Our previous cleaner went into a different line of work leaving us without someone we could trust to clean our home. We had, via television, been exposed to commercials promoting Angie's List and had not taken them seriously. After interviewing a number of companies and individuals to clean our home, and not coming away with a good feeling we decided to try Angie's List. It allowed us to view the reviews of many different people and rated service providers which we found very helpfu. We decided to interview "It Sparkles, It Shines, It's Clean" based on reviews and ratings and were impressed with their quick response to our inquiry and in their owner who actually came to our home and conducted the initial survey and put the proposal together. She was very professional and personable and put my wife and I at ease about her staff and the work expectations she held herself and them to. When the It Sparkles, It Shines, It's Clean Team had finished with our home it looked fantastic and they followed up with us to ensure that we were pleased.

GREAT job!!! I am going to use them for where I am moving

Had just moved into a rental house with two toddlers and a newborn and the house was definitely in need of a good cleaning.I had tried previous cleaning services in Raleigh but it was always disappointing.I found Renee on Angie's list with the highest ratings so I contacted her and she agreed to take me as a new client. After my first cleaning I was very impressed. There were a few things that needed an extra touch so I contacted Renee and she was back out almost immediately Wow! I was so impressed. I am definitely lucky to have found her. I cant say enough about the service, the wonderful attitude, and the quality of the work. All wonderful. If you need a great cleaning service this is definitely the place to call.

Renee and her team cleaned my entire house thoroughly (and quickly!). She was very easy to get in touch with and very kindly re-arranged her schedule to accommodate mine. I will be using her again in the future.

Renee's team does a fantastic Job. They are professional, considerate, and she accommodates our schedule, pets and kids. Her service is at a premium but she does a great job.

Renee's team has been cleaning our house for the past few months and they're by far the best service we've had over the years. She personally cleans or supervises the cleaning of our house and doesn't miss anything. Other cleaning services we've had in the past were good at surface cleaning but were not thorough with dusting, wiping baseboards, etc. like they are. The price was right in line with other estimates we received and the value for the money is completely worth it. We will continue using her service indefinitely.

I contacted this company through Angie's list over a week ago but never received a response back. I contacted member services through Angie's List and they could not offer me any assistance. I have since contracted with a different cleaning service to provide monthly service.

Renee (owner) is very professional with a great attention to detail. The work was done to perfection and we will continue with her service on a biweekly basis. Her charges are higher than others we consulted so we had high expectations-- which were clearly met. The high ratings this company receives are not at all inflated. I would recommend this service without reservations.

Renee returned my calls promptly and was flexible with scheduling. She arrived on time, worked constantly during the time she and her cleaning partner were there, and finished a move-out cleaning promptly. She was professional, courteous, and efficient and provided services at a reasonable price. We will use her again.

Our house is on the market & we had scheduled an open house. That week ended up being crazy & I did not have time to get the house cleaned. I contacted It Sparkles, It Shines, It's Clean through Angie's List & she came out that afternoon to give me an estimate. I told her I was in a bind & needed the house cleaned ASAP due to the open house, so she scheduled me for the next day. Renee and two other ladies came by the next afternoon & they had the house cleaned in 2.5 hours. They were efficient & very thorough. I would definately use this company again.

Renee and her team do a great job. They clean for us every two weeks and we love coming home to a spotlessly clean house every time. Renee is very thorough and professional and always does a walk through to make sure everything is sparkling clean before they leave.

She was excellent but she was a little high in her price. She was very personable. Everything was absolutely wonderful except it was high in price. I dealt with the owner. She cleaned everything from top to toe. It hadn't been cleaned for a while so she had a lot of work ahead of her. She changed one set of sheets. She wanted to please. The reason she couldn't come down on her prices was because she had 2 or 3 people working for her. I would have hired her back if she wasn’t so expensive.

Renee was cleaning for another client in the area, so she fit me in on the same day I called her. Renee and her staff did an excellent job cleaning my home. I was very happy with the service.

Renee and her two employees arrived exactly on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our entire house. She and her team were professional, speedy, thorough and worked very quietly. I was working from home during part of their visit and I hardly heard them. Before they left Renee even gave us ideas on how to clean two of our floors that we were having trouble getting clean. We would definitely hire Renee and her team again!

I used the Big Deal of Angie's List for that service and it was wonderful. The service provider, Renee Wilson, came out and she was here the entire time that her team was working. She gave me a call on my cell phone to let me know that they were on their way and they were on time. She was very professional and all the workers did everything like they should. They did an excellent job and I think that it went very well. I was expecting a really good job and they met my expectations. They were very good. They were very prompt and cleaned well. I would definitely use them again. I would recommend them.
