Description of Work: I called to have my roof inspected for possible damage by hail. The inspector came on time, inspected the roof for damages and then clearly explained to me that there was no damage and no work needed to be done on the roof. Even though it took time and travel on the part of the inspector, I was not charged anything for the service.

Description of Work: They replaced a old and leaking flat roof over a porch. Not only did they replace the synthetic-rubber sheeting, they also replaced a rotted sheet of plywood and installed hard foam padding sheets across the entire flat roof before putting the waterproof synthetic rubber down. They said the old roofing failed because there was no foam padding under it, so when branches fall on the roof they hit the plywood hard, and break the roofing. With the padding there is more bounce to prevent rips in the roofing. Robert (the owner) showed up on time and gave the estimate that day, and his crew showed up, also on time, the next week to replace the roof. Took them under 1/2 day and it was good as new, no more leaks! Well worth it, great work and a fair price. I've had them replace roof flashing before too, and that's held up with no problems for years.

Description of Work: They fixed my roof and the gutters for a reasonable price. He has assured me that if the issue is NOT fixed (i.e. if I observe more leaking), he will come out and address it for free. The issues seems to be resolved.
