Great! They were on time for the first appointment for the estimate and on time for the day of the work. Debbie in the office always kept informed and was on top of everything. Great customer service.

We called over a dozen companies to get estimates and none came out or even returned calls. Then we found housetop. They came out when they said they would and gave a fair bid. Of course we hired them and couldn't be happier. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and even cleaned our gutters. We highly recommend them.

Overall, this the best experience I've ever had with a contractor for services. They arrived on time, and were so polite, very professional. My new roof looks so good, I'm very pleased. They did such good work, I had them do additional work of installing new gutters.

Mr Williams came to my house and gave me an estimate-the work was scheduled and completed all in a prompt manner. Everyone was very professional-I would definitely recommend this company.

Based on my interaction with Robert and Debbie, I should rate them 5 stars HOWEVER the crew they had has changed that! The crew used an area in my backyard behind the shed as their “porta potty”. I called the office and Debbie was so very apologetic. She said she’d notify the foreman, Jimmy immediately. He did not come to apologize or address it till it was time to bring me the invoice. I have giant breed dogs who will chew on anything they find and was assured that the crew would use a magnetic tool to retrieve all leftover nails from the perimeter of my home. Thankfully I did a walkthrough after they left…. I found 13 nails laying around the rock beds surrounding my home. My dogs could have been seriously injured if they picked these nails up.

Extremely happy with the service - fast and professional. Not only the main leak was repaired but also a couple of smaller issues were pointed out and addressed.

They were done in 5 hours. Amazing, and the best price for hand nailing. We got a 3D shingle that is energy efficient, and a tax credit for $500. Great crew.

Got a quick estimate of wind damage to roof after a major storm. This old roof (18 years) sustained major wind damage. Estimate was confirmed by insurance adjuster. Housetop crew arrived within the week and replaced the shingles in a little over one day. I was impressed by the conscientiousness of the crew in removing the old shingles to protect my shrubbery and in showing me repair issues needed for areas with bad flashing. They did a great job.

They did the work when we were away but everything appeared to go smoothly.

They were out one day and came out the next day and did the work. They did an excellent job. I think the price was average. They got here exactly when they said they would.

It went well. Had to reschedule for the following day because the crew had some unexpected issues on the job before mine but it was not a problem. The team missed 2 sections but came back immediately when they were informed about the oversight and also resealed a gas log fireplace that is vented through the roof. Thanks guys!

That was very reasonable. They were excellent, very timely, very responsive, and very professional. They came out on Monday for an estimate and then they provided that estimate to me and then they came out today to do the fix, which was great. They were very clean.

Great job. Did the work as scheduled and had a full crew. Work completed in 1 1/2 days. Protected landscaping and cleaned up completely. Supervisor on site for the work. Everything HAND NAILED. 10 year warranty. Couldn't be happier.

2 weeks later and no call back. I assume that it's not worth the time on a Saturday to drive to Clayton for a complete roof replacement and new gutters costing several thousand dollars. A simple answer of we do not do estimates on Saturday or we don't go to Clayton would have been fine and the polite thing to do.

Housetop was very professional. Communicated all the aspects of the job to me. Showed up on time with all materials needed to complete the job. Worked with me on how best to approach and replacement of certain pieces near my chimney that were rotting. I like the fact that the crew all work directly for Housetop instead of subcontractors. Safety also seemed to be prioritized which I appreciated. I would recommend them to others. The roof looks great and has been performing well for the last three (3) months.

They did not do the work satisfactorily at all. I have had another couple of roofers come out to my house and the roof they replaced, they were nailed in and are already coming loose. So they did not install it properly either. They did okay with their responsiveness to me. They did not do what they were supposed to do and they did not do what they did do properly. They were referred to me by my realtor.

Excellent work. George and Jimmy removed the entire old roof and two sky lights. Replaced 5 sheets of plywood, installed the new roof and cleaned up the work area.

More thorough than most roofers. Quality of work done was up and above what an average roofing subcontractor would do. Very happy with end result.

Robert came out on time, provided a fair estimate and offered lots of advice on repair items not all related to the roof. His crew was very professional, did good work and cleaned up the site nicely.

The house had received some hail damage during a recent storm. So, the task was to remove the old roof and replace with new. Both Debbie and Robert went above and beyond with respect to customer service. They were very attentive to our particular situation and, as a result, we were very happy to be working with Housetop. In addition to the roofing part of the project, we also had a skylight that needed to be replaced. That was no problem. And, we added a new skylight plus a solar tube for extra light in an unfinished space that will soon be our hobby room! Again, there was no problem adding these new windows to the task list. The roofing crew foreman, Tommy, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. His crew was efficient and hard-working. The crew worked as a team and accomplished an amazing amount of work only two days. At the end, every bit of debris was picked up and/or cleaned up. Outside of the great new roof, you'd never know they had been here! Housetop roofing was my first choice. We had used them on an earlier project at our previous house. They were prompt, courteous, helpful and attentive to our needs. Housetop is a local company that provides excellent workmanship and service. In my opinion, there is none better... Its is the right company to call for all your roofing needs.

Arrived promptly. Cleaned up at end of each day. Crew polite and hard working. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely use and recommend this company. Made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of job before being paid for job. Our yard was cleaner than before they started because they were so good cleaning up after a day's work. Very pleased with quality of their work.

The price was very fair. It was outstanding and they were so careful. He saved every piece of plywood to show me, cleaned up really well and it was so impressive.

Robert was top notch easy to deal with. He came out, discussed the options without pushing for more than was needed, gave me a good quote and his guys (George and crew) did the work the next week. Wow, that was easy. This is why I use Angie's list.
