Technician was on time and did a good job

We were amazed at how fast response time was. We had a faulty switch on the inside of the garage that malfunctioned most of the time. Jeremy called within minutes of my posting on Home Advisor, and the technician, Phillip, showed up only 30 minutes later. That was important, because we had a commitment an hour later. Phillip accomplished the work and, so far, the switch has been functioning well. Hanson is a great company that provides top-notch service.

Jeremy and his team at Hanson are honest hard working guys. They showed up on time, communicated effectively what the problem was, and finished the job with such honesty that is difficult to find these days. I don't think you can find anyone better in the area. I will hire them again in a heartbeat.

Most importantly they just provided the service that we needed and did not try to up sell us anything. While they were here they did a routine service on the other garage door for a 50% reduction. Nice touch.
