I was having trouble finding a replacement seal for an old door with an unusual track. Jeremy found a quick and easy solution that upgraded our track and allowed him to install a modern seal. I will be using Hanson for any future garage door needs!

They did not try to sell me on extra repairs and instead did some minor service without additional costs. The service technician repaired my cables and springs. He also leveled the door and it is now operating as it did when the house was initially built. The service was great and highly encourage others to consider Hanson when looking to repair your garage.

The problem was not resolved on the first visit. The door was lubricated and functioned for a few hours, then malfunctioned again. When an opening in the schedule occurred due to a cancellation, I was called and the second visit was moved up a couple of days. The second technician immediately identified the problem as springs needing adjustment and increased the tension allowing the motor to better lift the door. Customer service was good, communication was good, I think the first technician needed more experience.

I called Hanson today, the day after I found out about a broken spring. I spoke with Jeremy who is part owner and he was a great and nice guy. He had a fairly full schedule as it is Good Friday, but was able to fit us in at the end of the day. They had a few jobs that went over so Jeremy came out along with 2 of his guys and they knocked out a conversion in about 30 minutes. The guys were all amazing and very friendly. They warranty their labor for 3 years and use heavy duty parts that should last quite a while. Their pricing was also very competitive and we don't have a broken door over Easter weekend. So very HIGHLY recommended!!!!
