Hanson was the only HomeAdvisor contractor who contacted me on a Saturday night. Jeremy was very professional, asked pertinent questions to gauge the scope of the work, gave an estimated range of cost and provided some suggestions to save on the cost of the work. The technician was running behind but I received a call from the office informing me of the delay and then a call from the technician to say he was on the way. The repair was professionally and carefully completed. The technician explained what was done and offered suggestions to extend the life of the garage door system. They held their price and provided exceptional service. They will be my go to contractor for any future garage door issues.

The installer Philip was efficient, thorough and very informative. Because I have pre 2011 cars I needed a LiftMaster bridge which wasn t available during the morning install. Jeremy brought the part later in the day and stayed until everything worked perfectly. I love the LiftMaster Model WLAN and the fact I can operate it from my phone. I also get alerts whenever the door is opened or closed.

Our tension spring broke so we were looking to get the repair done soon. Within about 5 seconds of posting the request, the owner contacted me and explained the business and who and when they would be over. The repairs were made quickly and it all works great. I certainly do recommend them. The price was on par with other companies so it all worked out well. I ll use them again when we replace the garage door opener next year.

I needed a custom modification to my door to make room for a car lift in my garage. These guys knocked it out of the park. It turned out so cool my wife wants them to do the other doors too. Before Home Advisor, I called a well-known national chain garage door service. After multiple calls, they had to call people out of state to see how to do what I needed. I'm actually still waiting for the call back and Hanson has the job done already. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks guys.
