Kimberly was super friendly and helpful over the phone, and easy to get in touch with. When I needed to reschedule the appointment, that was also an easy process. Norman and DJ showed up on time and offered a balanced perspective on the issues and remedies. They were friendly, professional (even taking off shoes and using "booties"), and spent a lot of time answering our questions. They both seemed very knowledgeable and were thorough and informative- they actually found some key issues with the units (mold throughout the cabinets) which were not brought to our attention by the inspector. I would feel very comfortable recommending Greer's to clients and will certainly use them again in the future.

I can't write enough kind words about this company. To start with, when I initially called, Kimberly was amazing. She took time to talk to me, review the other estimate I had, and ask what my objectives were. She was extremely responsive and helpful. A few days later Norman and DJ arrived and went right to work. They determined that none of the parts needed replacing that the other company had said needed replaced. It was just a simple cleaning and tune up on all the units and adding Freon to one. My $1,500 estimate from another company turned into $569.99 by using Greer's. Not only was my bill lower, but they were very informative, walking me through everything they were doing and why, and also added some comedic value while in the process. Great guys. David stopped by as well to make sure all my concerns were being addressed. I'm super excited to have found a reliable, trustworthy HVAC company.

I highly recommend Greer and will be using them for all HVAC problems in the future. Our air conditioning went out. I called two companies - Greer and Another Regional Somebody. Kimberly answered for Greer and gave me suggestions how to get it going again on my own. "If that works, just call back and we'll cancel your appointment." Great service from the start. Another Regional Somebody showed up and told me that my system was so old that they didn't make parts to fix my problem anymore. They could order used parts that would be in the store in 2-3 weeks, and it would cost me $1650. They also suggested I just buy a new system, a process that required a separate appointment with their sales service. Greer showed up a little later that day at 1:00. The two men were great; very professional and personable. They diagnosed the problem and went out to get new parts to fix it (much to my surprise since I had been told those new parts don't exist). They ran into another problem while getting it fixed, and it ended up taking a long time. The two men were there until almost 6:00 on a Friday in 100 degree heat. They fixed it and my air was back on that day. Given how long they were at my house, and how expensive the quote was from Another Regional Somebody, I just assumed my bill would be at least $700-800. I got the bill yesterday: $335. So Greer saved me $1300+ (or more, if I'd gotten hooked into the new system) and 2-3 weeks of no air conditioning. They've earned my business for good.

Kimberly was very responsive - returning all my calls and even suggesting things we could try before the service call to get the AC going again. We ended up getting the AC going before their Saturday service call, but if I have any more AC problems, I am calling Greer's first!

Went terrific! We contacted a few service providers and Greer was first to contact and had great contact and customer service throughout. The service was excellent and our HVAC system works great now.

Punctual and professional service

They set a date and came as planned. When my heater went out in February they were the first to respond. They were professional and easy to deal with. The came out as scheduled and spent 2 days: the first to pull the system out and the second to install the new system. One follow up visit was made when discovered some thing amiss. Owner came over within 20 minutes and fixed it. Gave me 500.00 discount because I paid cash. All workers were competent and professional. I consider them my heating and air people now .

It was great. They were above and beyond. They make sure everything was taken care of. They were very honest and very timely. Their price was actually great.

I bought a big deal for this service. The guy was wonderful. He had to come back a second time and did not even charge us for coming back with the part. And then he put it in. He diagnosed the issue and then left to go get the part. He came back a couple of hours later, fixed it and left. It has been working well ever since he fixed it. He was the most friendly, honest person and I really trusted what he had to say. He did not try to overcharge us or sell us something we did not need. He just came out and said what was wrong with it and then left to go get the part. He told me it would be around $400, came back with the part and that was it. He came out about a week after I purchased the big deal. This was at my request.

They had to come out twice. There was a part they needed, that they needed to order. They were wonderful! They knew what they were doing and unlike other companies I've had didn't suggest I needed new systems. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I plan to hire them in the spring for ac.

We did not end up using this company's service because another company could come sooner but I would call them again because they were very friendly, and went out of their way to try to troubleshoot over the phone. Also, the woman I spoke with was very honest and friendly and had superior customer service skills. In summary, this is a company that I feel I could trust.

Kim called within hours of my purchasing their coupon. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. A technician came out that day and fixed our heater. Very professional and courteous.

It went fine. They were prompt. I’ve used them before and saw that they had a big deal. They were efficient.

He called to let us know when he would arrive within the time frame we had been given. He proceeded to examine and test the various components of the larger basement furnace. He then went to the attic to service the two year old attic furnace. He explained some of the wires on our old thermostat.

I have used the services of this company twice. Each time they responded promptly, took a lot of time to explain the situation, and offer choices. I eventually opted to replace the entire unit. We scheduled a time to do this which was "weather-friendly." They arrived on time as scheduled. All of the workers were friendly and professional and they demonstrated excellent customer service. I can recommend them without reservation.

Tech was a little late because of traffic but that was not their fault. Tech was happy, friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate their honesty and I would recommend them to anyone. Will do business again. Thanks Greer!
