Description of Work: My heat pack was rattling, and turned out to have a motor that was falling apart. Luckily, it was under warranty. Norman ( I believe was his name) came out and was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely reccomend this company.

Description of Work: They were great. I had no heat over the weekend, and they didn't come until the following Tuesday (brrr), but they were prompt and professional. As it turned out, all I needed was a thermostat, and they installed the one I had. They didn't try to sell me anything expensive or something I didn't need. | |I had purchased an Angies List $100 certificate for $50, and they charged me $100, so I'm not sure if that would have been the actual rate. I am very happy with their work.
