Description of Work: Had two broken window panes replaced in our home. They came on time, had the old windows out within minutes and the new ones in (and work areas cleaned and things put back where they belonged) within an hour. No problems at all, they were very pleasant and efficient, would definitely use again. We did have to wait about 3 weeks for them to order the glass, so we couldn't get the repairs done right away after calling, but this wasn't a problem for us, and they told us this would be the case when calling, so it's not a complaint, just an "FYI".

Description of Work: The seal on a double pane window was compromised and had "fogged" up over the years. Glass Doctors came out, took measurements, and provided a competitive quote to replace the glass. The glass was ready in two weeks. A technician, Chris, came out to install the glass. He covered the floor in the working area, removed the glass, scraped the old putty off and installed the new glass. | |The putty around the window was not smoothed well for a painter to come in and paint. I had some challenges in connecting with the company so that Chris could come to smooth out the surface. He came twice to the house but it was not on my schedule so the issue was not resolved - but it is fairly minor problem. Overall they did a pretty good job with the whole process.
