Description of Work: Overall, everything was fine. For the small piece of glass I got for my furniture I thought it was expensive compared to other pieces I've had cut elsewhere. I didn't get a call when work was completed as promised and when I followed up they were unable to find my work at first. Still, not bad just not a "wow" experience for me.

Description of Work: I had to have a large mirror removed and reinstalled. It was a 2 person job. There were 2 trips involved but the entire time at the house was 30 minutes -- it went very quickly. They charged my $460 and then credited me $50. I argued the job did not even take a full hour but they insisted on the travel charges for each trip. I felt like it was double what seems reasonable. I couldn't get anyone else to handle it. They were professional and did a good job, I just don't feel the price was fair for what they did

 + -1 moreThey did a good job, but we had some issues with them. One piece was not cut correctly so they had to replace it and it was incorrect too. Finally, the third time they came it was the correct size. It all happened in one day, and the job was not perfect but it was OK.
Description of Work: They measured my furniture, made a pattern and cut the glass to put on top of four pieces of furniture including my entertainment table for a large TV.
