Description of Work: George had some equipment issues but was very prompt about letting us know. He immediately offered a refund, but we said we still wanted him. In thanks for our patience, he actually did more than the square feet allotted by the special listing. Very nice gentleman! Definitely will use him again.

Description of Work: Because of the unusually cold and wet winter and spring, I had to wait two months before Mr. Shanko could wash my house because it needed to be above 50 degrees for his pressure washer to work properly. He kept in touch with me by email to let me know about the weather delays. He was very professional in that regard. |When the weather got better Mr. Shanko made a date to wash the house and showed up on time. |The final result of washing my house left several places still not clean. White trim still looked gray with a bit of mildew. This was a surprise because I had not thought the house that dirty, that it would not clean up completely. Also the pressure was too much for several spots on the porch trim and removed big spots of paint. This was a surprise, too, because it had been primed and painted just the year before. |Mr. Shanko was nice and professional but I was disappointed with the outcome.

Description of Work: We hired George to pressure-wash our townhouse which had some persistent stains on the outside. Because it was so cold, George went back several times to make sure he did the best job he could. We would hire him again.

Description of Work: George was very responsive and punctual. He power washed our house, porches, and drive way. We have no complaints and will definitely call him again in the future

Description of Work: Whole house power wash. George was on time, very friendly and professional. The work was excellent and I am thoroughly pleased.

Description of Work: Service was scheduled for January but wasn't delivered until April. The bad weather postponed the work multiple times and the owner was nice about rescheduling. At some point though, my job needed to be prioritized ahead of everyone else and instead it was just fit in, months later. I imagine this was an anomoly, but I wanted to present the facts.
