The soffit's needed cleaned good because they tend to get moldy. The price was good. He did a good job. We had a communication problem because he was suppose to show up and he wasn't able to. He was very professional and apologized everywhere.

My experience was fine. He wanted to make sure he got the job done well. He did a walk through with me after the job was done and he went over some parts I was concerned about. There were still some spots that did not look as clean but you could not tell right away because the house was still wet. I never contacted them so I am not sure if he would have come back out or not.

due to scheduling issues on my end and communications issues on their end it took several months to finally get the work done. once the initial work was done, we had to have them come back out to re-do some areas that appeared to have been missed. we also had issues with residue on windows and deck surfaces that had to rectified. overall good job, just a hassle to get it 100% complete from my end. they also had issues with equipment failure that prolonged the job. vendor was very professional.

His machine and the weather were some issues before he was able to complete the job, which I understood. He came out and did the job well. He did this on a 2 story home. It took him about 3 hours. He was prompt and got right to work. He was also nice.

Showed up on the scheduled morning, took care of the work, my wife gave him a check and he was off. Work performed as promised, on time and the driveway looks great. Fantastic, efficient and quality experience.

It went ok. Scheduling was easy. He did a good job. He was on time and responsive. It took him about two hours.

George is a great guy who did a fantastic job getting the driveway bright and clean. His professionalism could set the standard for all contractors in the service industry. He kept me posted when he had to run out and get an item to complete the job and was determined to complete the job that same day which he did around 8pm.

He was very thorough and hard working. A storm started and he waited until it calmed down to finish the job. He was open to all the touch ups that he may have overlooked due to the rain. What I appreciated the most, was how professional and quick he was to contact me and set up and appointment. There was no running around and he was quick to schedule the service (next day). I will use him again! He did a great job!

I called George re: a Big Deal ($79 for 1000 sq feet of concrete power-washing). Left voice mail and he returned my call within 1 hour. We set up a day/time for him to do the Big Deal and he arrived about 10-15 minutes late due to traffic. He called about 10 minutes before meet time to advise me he was running late. He showed up essentially on time as far as I was concerned. Nice guy, very professional. Talked about Big Deal and I asked for estimates for house and deck. We went around and looked and he gave me a price of $199 for whole house plus deck. Very reasonable in my opinion since he essentially gave me another Big Deal. So, for $278, I got everything that could get power-washed done. From getting various estimates, this was more than reasonable. He explained to me exactly what his process was, whether stuff was safe for environment and plants (it was), and how long he estimated it would take (about 3 hours). Everything was done professionally and exactly as he stated. When he finished, he totally cleaned up area and we went around for a final walk-thru. I asked for a couple of areas to be touched up and he took care of it immediately, without question. He told me that his service was fully guaranteed and if I needed anything further done once the whole house and surrounding stuff dried to just give him a call and he would come right out and do it. George is a really nice guy and easy to deal with and very accommodating. If he is not a Super Service winner, he should be! I will definitely use him again and very highly recommend him.

The service worked out okay. They did not come out in the first few weeks after I purchased the Big Deal because there were some weather problems. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal. He was such a nice guy.

The owners was very professional. He called prior to his appointment time to tell me he was going to be late. He did an excellent job power washing the house, deck and gutter cleaning. I will use his service in the future when I need more power washing. He want above the agreed service by pulling up a board on the deck to see what was causing the deck not to be stable. It had some wood rot he could not repair but he recommended someone who could do the repair job.

I couldn't be happier. I've had similar work done by others on Angie's List and this company's final product was exponentially better. I feel like he uses a better power washer or better cleaning solution, because I could see a real difference with the areas that he treated. My neighbors even complemented on the improvement in the exterior of my home. Additionally, he was completely professional. I didn't feel like I had to look over his shoulder like so many other contractors I've had at the house. He was prompt to schedule, arrived on time, appeared professional, and followed up to insure I was 100% satisfied. He gave me the impression that if I was unhappy, he would fix it. This is rare in the industry from my perspective. I couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely have him come out again. Great experience!

Horrible. I would never hire him again. My husband had to go out and tell him to redo many areas as they were still dirty and still are. Was not very neat at all. We had to scrub down areas of the house after to get dirt off and remove a great deal of splatter. He must use bleach as my grass is burnt out and looks horrible now. We have had our house powerwashed many times over the years and this is the first time my grass has been destroyed. I have taken pictures of the areas as you can see clearly where he pulled the hose or refilled the washer. Would never refer him to anyone.

I believe to the job was bigger than he thought it was. It took him almost 2 weeks to complete the job, not only due to the weather, but due to the fact that he works alone and didn't seem to have a good plan as how he should approach the work. He was very polite and worked very hard when he was here although it seemed he didn't finish one project before he went on to another. What was supposed to be a two to three day job took him two weeks. ( it did rain two days ). All in all I think we have learned a lesson as what we need to look for when we have work done again. Less expensive is not always the way to go.

It turned out okay with George Shanko. They were pretty good. There was no additional cost from the big deal purchase which was nice because there usually is an additional cost. I will probably use them again.

Mr. Shanko did an excellent job and went the extra mile to get there. He did a great job!

I ordered the deal for power washing on Angie's List with George Shanko on 01/03/2014. I was promptly contacted to schedule my appointment. The first day that George showed up we discovered that both hose bibs had frozen due to the "Arctic Vortex". George went to the local home depot to see if he could repair them but they did not have the parts we needed. He came back and offered to try the plumbing supply store when they were open and come back. At the plumbing supply store he was told that the bibs could only be replaced and not repaired. George let us know that we had to call a plumber to replace the bibs. It took a week or so to get a plumber out to give us an estimate and then come back to do the work. When the bibs were replaced I called George to put us back on the schedule. Getting rescheduled was a little bit tricky since the weather was not cooperating. There was very cold temperatures followed by a snow storm and an ice storm. George was very good about keeping in touch and as soon as the weather broke, on a Sunday no less, he came out to finish the job. My house and driveway have never looked better. I would highly recommend George and would definitely use hime again.

George, was punctual, enjoyable to work with, and did an outstanding job of pressure washing the brick of the house I'm renovating. He is detail oriented, and it shows in his work. Well Done.

George was very prompt, courteous and professional. He took care in areas where pressure washing could do damage and was thorough in all the cleaning. We have already asked him to come back and pressure wash our driveway and deck.

The jobs went excellent . All the jobs were performed in the same manner that George initially described them to me, He was always on site and available for discussion about our progress.. We were always discussing methods of improving the project so that everyone was happy with the final outcome. I couldn't ask for someone to do perform a better job.

This was an A+++ experience I did not even have to be at home. I called George at the last minute hoping that I could cancel due to my own lack of preparation (had not been able to find time to clean garage sale items from my porch). George said "no problem" he would carefully move it to the lawn and replace it as found. This all proved to be true. All items were stacked back up neatly. George also replaced my dryer vent which was in desperate need (another item I had intended to get done before the scheduled date). A pleasure to deal with and I would definitely reccomend him to my friends.
