Description of Work: Terrible customer service. When trying to purchase a product directly from this company i encountered what can only be described a horrendous customer service experience. No straight answers, people telling they'll get back to me and not calling, incorrect hours listed on their website, unsure of their own stock and no interest in helping people.

I think this is our very first F rating on Angies List or anywhere for that matter. I am not aware of having incorrect hours on our website? We do not keep weekend hours at our office but offer service to our customers ALMOST 24 hours a day so we do have most hours listed as open on the internet. Unfortunately Google does not let us have office hours listed different than service hours. We are a small family business and can not have someone at the office during the weekend as we rarely have walk in customers. Sorry we couldn't help and wish we could of helped you better.

Description of Work: I emailed this contact on Sunday and received a call back on Monday morning. An appointment for that afternoon was made. The serviceman called me earlier than schedule to move the appointment up. The serviceman was waiting for me having arrived. He explained his charges in detail and had the parts on hand to make the repair. The repair was made in less than an hour. I was given a work warranty and the garage has been working properly. An excellent experience.
