This was an excellent company from start to finish. They sent workers who were very experienced. There product is excellent. They are professional and listen to my concerns and address them. They had a very competitive bid.

Our house looks great. Appreciated the communication before, during and after the service was complete. I was surprised at how different the house actually looked with the driveway so clean!! We have had the house pressure washed a few times before and always seemed to strip parts of the house trim and porch railings. Because they do not use high pressure to clean - there was absolutely no stripping. Great results and David walked the house with me to point out a couple of things. Will definitely call again.

Arrived promptly. Lubricated all joints. Checked everything. Even replaced a burned out bulb, so now I have a light that I didn't even know I had when the door opens and closes!

It took about a month from the time we ordered it until it came in. The owner and the guy that installed the door came to do the work. They were very professional. They left the area clean.

Drew did a fantastic job installing our new garage door opener. He showed me the product, showed me how to program and use this awesome garage door opener, and then he went to work. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and very polite. He was in and out in less than 3 hours.

We were not very pleased with the service. We had them come out and look because our garage door was not working properly & they assessed that we needed a whole new door. We were happy with the door they recommended but he had to come out twice to get the door to work correctly. We just weren't really pleased with the service providers or with the service. We just didn't feel really comfortable around them.

I was quite happy and pleased with the service I received from their technician -- David I believe. He was very friendly and, in addition to quickly solving the issue I was having with my garage door, both performed preventive maintenance on my door and also showed me how to do preventive maintenance myself. I was very appreciative that he took extra time to show me how to get more life out of my garage door and properly care for it.

Bob turned up right on the scheduled time and was super friendly and professional. He installed the new opener for me and helped me set up the remotes and keypad. Went very smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks!

I was easily able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The associate who did the work was prompt, friendly, and competent. We've had no problems since the work was completed. We found out about additional bonus LiftMaster accessories online that were free with the model we purchased, which made this an even better deal. We've already received them.

Garage Door Specialist, Inc's service worked out fine. They were prompt and did what they promised to do. The interaction with them was fine, it was not a whole lot interaction. Their work turned out fine, the garage doors work. They're prompt and professional. The price was very, very reasonable.

Fixed a short in the wiring for free. Inspected and lubed appropriate items

It was fine. They did a great job. He came the following week.

The serviceman was prompt, professional & friendly and determined that the 25year old + opener mechanism/motor needed to be replaced. He replaced the unit with a new unit with electric eye system within an hour. He also cleaned and lubricated the door rollers and the whole system is now much quieter than before (when still working). Overall very satisfied with the service.

First guy said it was not the sensor, but the connecting wireing needed to be adusted and my bearings needed to be replaced. He rescrewed the wires to the motor and replaced the bearings. 32 days later it was not working again. The second guy again tried to talk me out of having my sensors replaced. Suggested the motor was old. I insisted he replace the sensors. He replaced them. Each time I had to pay the service charge plus the parts & labor. I think all could have been done at one time. Instead I was charged an additional $85.00. I

Went well. Answered questions, fixed a couple of small things. Very positive experience.

Everything went smoothly, from scheduling to work completion. Jeff checked everything out, fixed stuff I didn't know about, and told me what to watch for in the future when things start breaking down.

The job estimator and installer came at the appointed times, were friendly and now we have a quiet, attractive garage door. We did find a few loose screws around the driveway and yard areas. There a few minor issues with paperwork and the estimate should have had more details without my prompting for it. They were responsive on the phone as well as e-mail.

Jeff was able to fit me in early in the day and was prompt and provided excellent service. He went above and beyond my expectations, programming the garage door openers in both my cars and checking out the second garage. He had all the proper equipment, was very polite and confident. He assured me that his company stands by their work and I could not be more pleased. Thank you.

We purchased the deal for $395 and could not be more pleased that we did this. The opener is so quiet. The technician was great at explaining the wifi capabilities, setting the passcode for the keypad, and had no issues with the installation. I wish I had done this sooner! The office staff was very accommodating in rescheduling at our request.

Very satisfied with competence, attitude of the service person, and willingness to answer questions. Very helpful visit and we will use them for any garage door related needs in the future, without hesitation.

Everything was fine and he did a good job but it was very pricey for the part.

I am very happy with their service and the garage works much better. They have also resolved another issue related to garage sensors.

I left voicemail over the weekend. Michelle returned my call early business hours on Monday. She provided a time slot for late afternoon Monday. Representative Dennis called and was able to visit sooner. Both springs were replaced with better springs. Dennis lubed the opener, the track, the hinges, and the new springs. It's never been so smooth and quiet. Very efficient, thorough, and a great company to work with. I can strongly recommend!
