+ -1 moreHe was in and out within about 15 or 20 minutes! He was a good guy, arrived a little early (which was to my benefit), seemed to know what the problem was and did the work very efficiently. I haven’t had any problems since.
Description of Work: This was a warranty call for a Live Strong elliptical that we bought. He replaced a wire that had gotten stripped/malfunctioned during the manufacturing process.

+ -1 moreThe experience was good. The gentleman who came out was older and a retired engineer, so I think he did this as a second job/hobby. We were pleased and happy that we didn’t have to assemble it ourselves!
Description of Work: They assembled a two-story cedar play set for our grandson. This set included a climbing wall, sliding board, and a few swings.

Description of Work: The technician did an incredible job in assembling our new treadmill. He was not only punctual but very professional and gave us his info so we could contact him if we have any issues. The equipment works great and we are enjoying it. He gave us tips on extending life of our exercise equipment which I found very helpful. He returned calls efficiently and stuck to his quote winch was about half of what the manufacturer quoted us to assemble the treadmill. This treadmill is high quality and not the average one bought online. It many functions that you would see in a facility so I know the job was large and very technical. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to those looking to have exercise equipment assembled.
