Description of Work: 3/31/2015 Treatment $42.00 Check # 5144 paid on 4/10 for this treatment. | $234.36 was for 6 or 7 lawn treatments. It was advertised as 6 or 7 lawn treatments for the full 2015 season of treatments. Dates are dates of service. |4/28/2015 Treatment $234.36 Check #5150 for 2015 6-7 lawn treatments services. |6/1/2015 Treatment 7:30 AM |9/15/2015 Treatment 10:05 AM | In 2014 & 2014 I used Scott's to care for my lawn. Scott's remembered my treatment dates. I had a lush green lawn with weeds under control. I stopped using Scott's because of their lack of telephone manners. Scotts called the house phone and when my wife answered the phone they simply would hang up without even saying "Hello" or "Hi" to my wife. | In 2015 Fairway forgot to service my lawn between 6/1 & 9/15. They cashed a full 6-7 treatment lawn service check without providing me the treatments I paid in advance. | There was a time this summer (about 45 - 60 days) when my next door neighbor's lawn of clover and lawn not cared for looked better than my lawn serviced by Fairway. The color was much greener, while mine had green mixed in with brown with some weeds. | I will be seeking another lawn service provider in 2016 and beyond. In my opinion my Fairway Green treatment services was a waste of my money. | |
