Description of Work: The timing of Fairway Green's service (each feeding) is spot on. My lawn is looking great even in the summer heat as long as I also do my part in watering the lawn based on FG's suggestions. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Lawn treatment per annual contract. Contract includes six services which range from $85 to $124 per visit. Lawn at present does not look as good as we wish but this is likely the result of the late winter blast and unusually hot spring. We are a satisfied customer at this point.

We are sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with our representative. I conferred with the representative that looked at your property. It appears your Home Owners Association requires you to plant a warm season grass called Bermuda grass. However, Bermuda is a turf that requires full sun for at least 8 hours a day to develop and flourish. Your neighborhood has planted shade trees in the front yards where you requested we develop and maintain the Bermuda grass. It is my understanding that many of the front yards in your neighborhood, including some of our customers, are starting to show Bermuda grass decline from the increasing shade from these trees. This process will continue to degrade Bermuda turf quality in the future as the shade factor increases. Our representative indicated that we were able to assist w/the back and part of the sides because there was enough sunlight. We strive to offer the best professional service possible and sometimes our recommendations are not what a homeowner may want to hear. Many people thank us for our suggestions by steering them in the correct direction and not wasting their hard earned money. We want our customers to be long term customers by providing them with sound agronomic turf selections and care. We are seeing poor turf selections mandated by neighborhoods more and more. Description of Work: Last year I decided enough was enough with my lawn. After taking care of it myself for years, I decided to hire a lawn service. Fairway Green were the first to respond to my request for a quote so I tried them out. They started their 6 application/year system and my lawn is looking great. They also aerated and seeded for me last fall, coming back to hand seed spots that didn't germinate. It looked great this spring. Their prices are reasonable and their employees professional.
