It's hard to give a review of Eco. The day they were supposed to come out and get my irrigation system up and running a guy called me to tell me one of his crew members called out and that he might not make it out that day. I told him fine just call me and let me know when they would be out. He never called back and I havn't heard from them since. update the owner called me to apologize. offered to perform backflow service for free. I've updated my rating to reflect that. I have yet to have them come out though. Probably this fall. Thank you ECO.

The repairmen arrived exactly on time and were polite, friendly, and professional. I explained the work I wanted performed and they got right to it. When they were finished they reviewed their findings and emailed me an itemized receipt of the work and a review of the findings. I would definitely use them again.

It went well. the service tech worked diligently for about 45 minutes.

Two of the three zones they got fixed right away. The repair of the third one depended on them being able to find the valve for it, which unfortunately wasn't possible. This is the second company that has tried, and neither were successful. Because there is so much interference around cable wires, etc, their detection system wasn't able to find it. Despite this, the overall experience was excellent. They tried numerous different ways to get even the third zone repaired, and kept me informed the whole way. Considering the amount of time taken, the price was reasonable. They also informed me of the situation, and gave me the option of whether or not to have them continue, given the amount of time it was likely to take. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Called the company and they had a man at my house the next morning. The technician arrived on time and was able to quickly locate the problem. He had the necessary parts and made the required repairs in a timely manner. Will use this company in the future.

These guys should be kicked off the list. We set an appointment to review my system. I take time off work to meet them. Their guy arrives I spend an hour with him going over what sprinkler heads are giving me trouble. I ask for a winterization appointment and am told they will get back with me with a recommendation on repairs and a winterization. All seems fine, then a week goes by, I hear nothing. I inquire about with Eco Irrigation and get no response. And now more than two weeks later still nothing. That's no way to treat Angie's List members or ANY customer. Do not use these guys.

They were quick to answer, quick to schedule a visit, on time and courteous. He was patient, clearly explained his position, did not try and up-sell me something that wasn't needed, did what he said, and did it quickly and professionally. We will be using them again later this fall as we need a couple of heads completely moved as we are putting in a patio. Would recommend them without a doubt.

I hired Eco Irrigation Inc about a month ago and I ended up having them service my assistant as well.

They were fine. The people that came out did a pretty good job; they seemed to know what they were doing. If I needed them, I would use them again.

They are very good about calling me to remind me that it is about time for the service. They thoroughly inspect the system on startup, and repair whatever needs to be repaired. I feel that they are a very trustworthy company.

Eco Irrigation took over the accounts of our previous sprinkler company. They were to reattach the backflow, adjust the heads and also to move and reinstall heads overgrown and root entangled by 15 years of shrubbery growth. They called to set an appointment and gave us a 2 hours window. They first called to tell they might be a little late and then called to tell that they finished earlier than expected and would we be home. A well spoken young man arrived in a professional looking truck and we discussed which heads needed to be moved. The heads we chose were either 2 feet back under the shrubbery or extensively intertwined with roots. It was a nasty job working under the shrubbery or digging through the roots. When he was finished he carefully replaced the sod. When the bill for moving the sprinkler heads arrived I was hesitant to open it but it turned out to be more than fair. Now I did get a discounted rate as a result of having a contract to install the backflow in spring and remove it and air pressure clean the system in the fall. This was my first experince with them and they will be our irrigation system maintenance provider in the future.

The man showed up right on time and we already knew who was coming and when he would arrive within a reasonable window. He was well dressed and well spoken and knowledgeable. He talked us through the problems and repairs necessary and then did them. We were so very impressed with him because he was so knowledgeable and efficient. We have tried several times to get this system going properly and this is the first time we have been pleased with tthe effort and the results.

Two young men came to the house within a couple of days and diagnosed the problem as a pvc pipe connection that had spilt open to ground settling when the sidewalk was replaced a few years ago. Because of the location, the fix was not that easy and they had to be creative in finding a lasting way to repair the section which they did. They were very careful in digging out the lawn for the repair and restored everything to its original condition. Within a couple of weeks, you would have never known there had been a problem as the grass grew back in. While they were here, the checked all the remaining sprinkler heads and adjusted the arc of some that were out of alignment. Excellent service by courteous service people. I would highly recommend them.

Well, it cost me almost 800 dollars, and I asked them to make sure that my plants were watered, and I have since seen that my plants have died. They told me that they were going to be at my house at 3 PM, but then told me that my appointment was for 4 PM. They didn’t tell her how much it would cost for the service when they came to my house. They had her wait way too long. There were issues with my irrigation system that should have been noticed the first time they came here.

chris showed up much later than he expected because of major issues at the job before mine. he showed up at about 4pm. (I gave a B for punctuality because I had to call to find out if he was coming) I didn't expect him to do much more than give me an estimate and schedule a return but he stayed for 2.5 hrs and finished up as much as he could for the day. He was back when he told me he would be on Monday AM. He added the rain gage at my request w/o fuss and showed me how to run the system manually and adjust it if I wanted to. He was professional and pleasant tho the day was hot and he had to be SO tired! I had been told that no irrigation company would maintain my system since they didn't put it in. ECO like the challenges of existing systems. Not having ever had a complex system like this one I was glad for the help.

they were a little late (15 -30) Minutes Nice guy and did a good job.

It's never fun to have your landscaping dug up, but they did a good job putting it back together.

Overall I didn't have to worry calling them to see if they were going to come. I trusted them and they were honest with me. They were very good with saving us water and educating us on the work they were going to do.

John was very professional and thorough. He scheduled a time that was convenient for me, showed up on time and did the needed work in a professional manner. Throughout his work, he was willing to answer questions I had about the operation of the system and how it could be operated in an efficient manner. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to use him again.
