The technician was very courteous and professional. He explained everything that had to be done and made suggestions when I asked questions about the irrigation system.

They were very good. They are local to us. They were very timely and thorough. I would recommend them.

Fixed my regulator and provided the city annual inspection, Was on time and performed the work in a timely manner. No issues

They did not perform work for me, but they were very professional and courteous on the phone when I was obtaining a quote. They put me in touch with a technician who explained everything. In the end, I ended up not getting the work done at all, but I would use them if and when I do.

They seem to know what they are doing, but they are a little expensive. They are very professional though.

He was excellent. He knew what he was doing, and he was clearly doing it right. We now have a system that works like new.

I was very pleased with the punctuality and professionalism of the technician. The one problem was that an area was repaired resulting in a large white PVC pipe sticking up in my garden/landscaping which was visible from all angles. When I called the office to let them know that this was not acceptable, they came out and placed the repair back underground. Since then, I have had no issues. Overall, pleased with the work and responsiveness.I had them winterize my system later in the fall as well.

Nothing bad stood out. I would use them in the future.

Called the provider to get estimate on installation of irrigation system. Provider asked if I had gotten any other estimates yet to which I replied no he then said,"You should look somewhere else because we are going to be the most expensive" I then asked him what he meant by that he then explained that he uses the correct pipes and materials and follows codes and does things the right way unlike the other guys. He then asked what size lot I had and told me he would call me back with an estimate. That was at 2 pm it is now 740pm. No call. I can't understand all these great reviews and what terrible phone service I received. Also he asked when I wanted this done and I said maybe March or the spring to which he said his guy was out with a bad back for 6-8 weeks! This guy just didn't want the job. So much for ECO IRRIGATION they get a big F in my book!!!!

I had put off getting it done and temperatures were going below freezing. I called Eco Irrigation and they were able to respond the same day and I didn't need to be home. Great service!

I contacted 3 irrigation companies on Angie's List for Wake County, NC and NO ONE returned a call! Two of the companies aren't on the website anymore, and that's since early June 2013.

Chris was outstanding! He was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and respectful. He did a thorough, meticulous overview and emailed us an estimate -- that was half of what another company said it would cost. Our grass is growing again and we haven't lost any shrubs for the first time in years. Thanks, Chris! You are the best man for the job in our experience!

This was my first experience with this company but I suspect that it will not be my last. I left a message on their VM with general ideas about the work that I needed, and they called me back a few hours later to say that they could have someone out the next day to do the work. The tech who was on site was VERY personable and polite. Unfortunately I didn't get his name written down, but it's a small company so I suspect that this is part of their overall business approach and that definitely works for me! He checked all the zones, made adjustments where needed, replaced equipment as needed, and just delivered a really pleasant service experience. I felt like he was very interested in getting the work done to my satisfaction and I was comfortable and happy with the end product. Great job all around!

Great. Charles was very knowledgeable and professional. He took extra time to show me system details and provided more training than I could have wished for.

All of our interactions have been great. They are flexible with scheduling, work hard (even when it's raining!), and are very friendly. When John came out the second time for what I had thought were leaks, he wasn't able to solve the problem that day. He credited us back all of the labor cost since the issue wasn't resolved, and we are putting that towards the controller replacement. We are very pleased to have found Eco Irrigation.

Very good service from beginning to end. Receptionist who took call explained when she would be able to get back to me when times that matched my suggested ones (I had called at busiest possible time for an irrigation repair or setup) and she called me back when she said she would. On day of appointment, the technician was not only on time but a bit early. He was very thorough, very professional and went out of his way to try to be as helpful as possible and answer my questions and anticipate and answer questions that might latter occur to me. Meant to write up a very positive recommendation at the time but it slipped my mind until just now when I received a notice from the city government reminding me it was time for the triannual irrigation backflow testing. First thing I did as I checked out the city's list of approved testers was to see if ECO IRRIGATION was on its list, which it is, and then, based on my prior satisfaction in dealing with them, made sure I called ECO.

First of all they showed up on time. It is difficult to get a business to repair irrigation systems in my part of town and this company specializes in that.

They prepared my system for summer. It went very well.

I have owned my house for 2 years and never utilized the services of a sprinkler company for my system (I am a do it yourselfer). I contacted ECO after reading Angies List and they set up a fairly prompt appointment for me. I was going with a spring start up package but I knew beforehand that one of my lines was possibly cracked and needed repair. Eco started up my system and sure enough the leak came to light on Zone 4. The tech (Chris) explained the expense of digging down to the problem and I decided to do that myself and then possibly call Eco back for the repair. What I was not expecting in the service call was for my backflow preventer to fail. I was given a rough estimate of how much a new backflow provided by Eco would run me ($350) so I decided to buy a new one online for a fraction of that price ($175), install it myself (not difficult), and have Eco back to retest the new backflow along with fixing the leak on my Zone 4 line that I dug out. I was going to fix the broken line myself once I dug down to it - but a trip to Lowes didn't offer me any solutions for the problem so I let Eco handle the repair. The tech showed my a slip collar that is used to splice a broken line and got the leak fixed. My brand new backflow was tested again and it failed. The problem was that a piece of dirt in the line had lodged into the new backflow release valve and was affecting the pressure (could that have been the case with the original backflow?) Anyways, everything is back in working order and Eco Irrigation did everything I wanted done. Going forward though, I personally would not do a spring startup again for the money - I would do a fall shutdown.
