The employees of E&J Roofing came a little earlier than when they said they would be there. They were very polite and courteous as well as did a great job in a reasonable time frame, they cleaned up everything and made sure there were no nails or debris laying around. They weren't the cheapest but also were not expensive I feel the price was reasonable and competitive

Once the technician and company owner arrived, they were efficient and effective in finding the problems with the vents and pipe collars and replaced all that required it. We paid additional money for the parts and labor involved in replacing the problem areas in the roof, which we understood and did not question. Our cause for concern was the lack of timeliness and punctuality on the part of the owner. While I am sure that the "Big Deal" can cause a significant increase in call volume and requests for service, it is very frustrating for the homeowner to have to wait all day for a contractor to come to the home well after the scheduled appointment time. And, while I understand that this is a small company, there is a better way to schedule and time appointments so that homeowners' time is not overly infringed upon.

They were very pleasant, but courtesy isn't what you're paying for. Unfortunately these guys are average carpenters using average grade materials. They never even suggested using pressure treating wood and I didn't think of it. The FINISHING work is their biggest weakness. The new Shingle roof has a drip edge, but the tiles line up exactly with the end of the drip edge when their should be at least a 1" tile overhang... stupid me... this is exactly what caused the facial plate wood to rot to begin with. They haggled price with me after the fact. GET A CLEAR QUOTE!

They found other things and wanted more money and I ultimately struck a deal with the guy. He sealed all the vents on my roof for an additional $100.00. It was okay. I had no complaints. I'm not ecstatic. I could have done it a whole lot cheaper myself but who wants to climb up on the roof and and work and all that stuff. It wasn't a great deal but I think it was fair. I'm not giving them A's because we scheduled a time and he never showed and I had to schedule another time. I'm retired so it was no big deal but there was a second appointment required.

They were good. Their pricing was pretty competitive. What sets them apart is the fact that it is not a big outfit. It is just 2 guys whose attention is to the customers needs. I think I had a better experience than with maybe a larger outfit. I am planning on using them again.

They were efficient in making the repairs and came back again so that they could meet with me in person.

He was very rude on the phone and he didnt even seem like he knew what he was talking about. He was unprofessional and yelling at a kid while we were trying to have a conservation.

Excellent workmanship. Explained in detail what needed to be done. Gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to complete the job in a couple of hours. Was very careful with their ladders and the gutters. Thoroughly cleaned up and removed the discarded boots and nails. Walked through what would be needed to replace the entire roof. Showed us samples of the different types of roofs they can install and gave us a rough estimate of the cost. Again, very thorough, very knowledgeable. Plan to use them again in the future.

After I had the tree company come out and take the tree off my roof, I called several roof companies and it would be a couple of days before anyone could come out. I called E&J Roofing LLC and they came right out within a couple of hours i was amazed how fast they responded to my call! They gave me an estimate and made sure it was covered well so no more damage occured to my roof. the next day they they were up there fixing my roof , They replaced a sheet of plywood, shingles and why they were up there, they sealed everything and replaced some pipe boots

The employees of E&J roofing were courteous, kind and very hard working, they did an excellent job on the repairs and even matched the colors perfectly! after they were done they went around and cleaned up everything and did an excelent job! I would definately use them again
