Lousy. Shingles, in the repair area on the front of the house are the wrong color! The worker assured us they would be fine and that they were only different because they are new. Wrong. They are just the wrong color. After several calls finally reached owner. He said he would come by and take a look. Never did. Avoid Adam Easavoli. E&J Roofing or Arbor Care Tree Care

They left a great deal of debris on the ground that was thrown out of the gutters. Several conversations occurred afterward. They send a second person to clean up. It was improved but still not the quality I would expect from someone on Angie's List.

It was the first time we used them. They was a delay in communication but other than that they did a good job.

They did an excellent job. They reported to me right after the work was done, let me know of any future problems, and did not try to up-sell me.

We found out that the deal wasn't for repairs but for roof check. We weren't as happy because we didn't feel like they followed through on deal. They did, however, do very moderate repairs.

They sealed a ventilation pipe that had been leaking into the house. I then authorized them to seal other ventilation pipes that had not been attended to since the original roof was put on in May 2000.

Unfortunately I do not remember the details of this service.

While they did what they came to do, clean the gutters, the person doing the cleaning and his assistant both were smoking in my yard and on my back deck. We are not smokers and I found this very unprofessional.

I have scheduled and rescheduled numerous times. He has been a no-call no-show and I am not interested in using this service provider anymore.

I was never able to get in touch with him and I tried quite a few times. I called at least five times.

The work was never scheduled.

The service went very well. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technicians were competent, straight forward and did a nice job. Scheduling was very easy and they showed up to the appointment.

Numerous phone messages no response.

After contacting him, he promised reimbursement and inspection of the work completed. I never received any compensation and he was unreachable by phone or email. Horrible customer service. Thanks Angie's LIst

Purchased service, but the work was never done. Provider took our money and ran.

It was great. They were affordable, practical, and they came quickly. They were also easy to get in touch with.

Friendly on phone. Arranged appt for gutter cleaning and inspection. Snow and ice necessitated several postponements...understandably. However, after multiple rescheduled appts and voicemail messages, the vendor failed to follow up.

It turned out ok. It wasn’t quite what I thought they would do but it was well worth the deal. They looked at the roof and the boots. They put on a few rubber caps. They did charge me an extra $80 for the rubber boots, which is where the disconnect was on the understanding of the deal.

We had some trouble getting something scheduled since they were very busy. We had to remind them when we wanted the work done. They were able to do the work when we were not there. I felt the price was reasonable for the service.

I was very pleased with their work. Scheduling was easy and I had no problems there. They were very thorough. I was happy with the service.

I got one call to schedule the appt for a gutter cleaning and when I tried to call back, no answer or reply to the message. Then one of their employees shows up after 5pm w/o an appt while I was out of town and scared my wife since we didn't know they were coming and they were in an unmarked truck. When I finally spoke with Adam Easevoli (owner) he told that person had been let go for several similar actions and that he would try to have someone out in the next couple of weeks to do the work. Several weeks later and several phone calls (at least once a week and many times twice) still no response, no work completed and as of 4/3/14 his voicemail is full!

Work never performed. Contractor was unresponsive to repeated (6) attempts to schedule.

They never cleaned the roof - just blew out the gutters.
