Description of Work: Never made contact after repeated calls....terrible!

Description of Work: Cleaned Gutters. The only problem is they were going to throw the gutter debris on the ground, but there were areas that was unacceptable. They agreed to put the debris in garbage bags that I provided.

Description of Work: I scheduled a gutter cleaning and they let me know that they were very busy, I was okay w/ that and offered the next week for them to notify me to have my gutters cleaned, or whenever it was convenient for them. Never heard from them again, no email, no voice mail. Absolutely nothing.

Description of Work: I contacted the owner and left a message to set up a time for service. After no return call I called again and reached him on the phone. I set up a day and time for service. I took the day off from work. After he was a no show and 1 hour late I reached him on the phone and he said he had truck trouble. He said we could reschedule for that afternoon or the next day. I chose that afternoon and asked that he call me with the time. That was a week ago and I still have not received a call.

Description of Work: In the middle of a thunderstorm with thunder, lightening, pouring down rain, he went up on the roof. When he came down he said he had fixed the obvious source of our leak but the we had 2 pieces of plywood that needed to be replaced ("probably 2 squares"). He said he would take the pictures back to his boss who would call me. No call was ever received. So for 199$, they were there approx 20 mins, pouring down rain, lightening and all. Was it worth it? I don't think so. We still have our leaks in one area of the roof. We could have the gutters cleaned for a lot less. And their original appt they couldn't make so they put it off for 2 weeks.

Description of Work: I setup an appointment to meet with E&J and discuss the big deal and some possible additional work I needed done. I let Adam know I would be meeting him during my lunch time and, therefore, was on a tight schedule. When he didn't show up by 1:15pm for the 1:00pm meeting, I called (since he didn't think it was important to call me) just to make sure he was coming and find out when he would be there. He told me his guys got held up on another job (and were still there) and he would figure out how long it was going to take and call me back. In context, I assumed he would call me right back. He called back 48 minutes later at which time I was back at work. He said, at that time, he had guys at my house. I have no reason to doubt him about that. He seemed nearly incredulous that I wasn't still there even though his guys were an hour late to the planned meeting and he was suppose to call me back and tell me when he would be coming instead of giving me a call to tell me guys were there. If I had time to wait that long, I wouldn't need a call to identify who the guys were in my driveway. Bear in mind I made it clear at the outset I was on a tight schedule. Despite that, I decided I'd reschedule because I just wanted the work to be done. I told him I would call him back in a day or two and reschedule. I did. We were to meet Monday at around 9am. I told him he could just call before he headed over and I'd work until he called. Then, when he called, I'd leave work and head over. I'm about 14 minutes door to door. That way I wouldn't waste my time waiting for him and he wouldn't have to worry about getting there right at 9am. He never called Monday. E&J may do great work, but I've run out of time and patience to find out.

Description of Work: Ordered through "Big Deal", made the call to arrange the service and spoke with Adam. He seemed very distracted when setting up the initial appointment. At 4:30pm on the day of the appointment, scheduled between 2-5 PM, I called to find out the status since I hadn't heard from anyone. I spoke with Adam again, who again sounded distracted. He said he was very much behind because of the recent rain (totally understandable, but I would have expected a call since I readjusted my schedule to be at the house between 2-5) and we rescheduled. However, I just didn't get a good feeling after my two telephone conversations with Adam and cancelled the service.
