Very well. Highly recommend.

The technician returned my call immediately and told me what I needed to do to stop the water from leaking. He then came a few days later and removed the back value and set up a time to come in the spring to replace it and fix the broken pipe.

It went great. He confirmed the condition of our system and charged me an appropriate amount for the hardware (similar to a price I had paid for the same thing two years earlier).

Repair was done courteously, professionally and timely.

They were on time and they were professional. They gave me a very thorough estimate and they did what they said they were going to do. I was very happy with them. They were here all day. The quality was fine.

This was the first time that the sprinkler system was turned on since I purchased the home. All went smoothly and I am totally satisfied Their service charge was very reasonable!

it went very smoothly. this is the first house i've owned with an irrigation system so i had no clue what to do. found this company on Angie's List and am very happy with last year's and this year's services and repairs. i gave a B on price because it seemed expensive to have some sprinkler heads and the control box replaced. but that was necessary to get the old system running properly. i will definitely continue to use this service in the years to come.

Frank was great, and a pleasure to work with. Very professional and did not cut corners to fix it right the first time. Would recommend to all that want the job done right by an owner/operator that does not sub out the work. AAAAA+++++++

Quite simply, Frank, from Dr. Sprinkler, is a star. He arrived promptly on time, I identified what I needed/wanted done -- he gave an estimate of costs, and then delivered the work under his estimate. I am, as before, extremely happy with the work. For those who complain about Dr. Sprinkler's responsiveness - they obviously use a call service (which takes messages off hours or tries to contact them during hours). I too have had one prior issue with my call being routed properly, but in context, that is a small issue for a the fair, customer-centric work I have done from them. I highly recommend them.

They were prompt, on time knowledgeable, and most important did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I'll definitely have them return.

One of our valves was dying, so we took AL's recommendation and went with Dr. Sprinkler. Frank showed up on time and worked incredibly hard (it was an extremely hot day too and he didn't complain one bit.) It looks like we may need a major overhaul/new install and since Frank doesn't do new installs, he gave us a fair assessment and a company recommendation. Very pleased with the work that Dr. Sprinkler performed on our existing system and, so far, I really like the company he recommended for the install (Rainy Days in Garner.)

They were the politest B.S. artists I have met in some time. First they don't offer a maintainence program on old systems then they do offer a "constant supervision" contract. So which is it??? Revision: Doctor Sprinkler sent a letter of apology and returned my original check marked void. I have read the technician's rebuttal statement and NO he did not mention anything about being an EPA Watershed Partner, NO he did not repeatedly explain that the system did not meet their minimum requirements, YES, he did mention a constant supervision contract, and NO there was no leaking. That was rainwater runoff from being at the bottom of a hill in the subdivision as well as neighbors AC and gutter draining into our yard. If it was leaking, it wouldn't be dry during the summer. Neighbor has now installed a sprinkler system in his yard and I was so impressed with them I will be calling either those guys or the sprinkler folks I used originally. I felt the return of the check was at least fair, since their installation of the backflow valve for the summer has caused a backpressure problem. Additionally, this sprinkler system had been fully renovated six months before by another company including replacing pipes and moving heads and it worked perfectly then. The only reason I called Doctor Sprinkler in the first place is that the company who renovated the system was so swamped because of their popularity they couldn't get to me for quite a while and the early spring made speed of response a necessity. Wish I had waited.

They came exactly at the time they said they were and were totally professional. They trouble shot my system and ran through various faults - replacing at least two solenoids in the process. My control unit is 16 years old. I was under no (read zero) pressure to replace it, but I made the decision to do so after discussing the various faults and voltage issues they were seeing in the system. They will install that over this coming weekend (and I will submit a new review then). I have also asked for a quote for installing new drip lines into various beds that I have. Of course it will be interesting to see how they will respond if I have issues with their work in the future, but I am very pleased with their initial responsiveness, call handling and demeanor (just solid guys). I found them through Angie's List and I'm happ that I did.

I called this company based on the positive reports on Angie's list. I was told someone would be contacting me shortly. I waited almost until the end of the day. But, no one called me back. I tried calling them again and got the VM which I left a message on. But, I have not heard back from them yet.

This is the fourth time that Doctor Sprinkler has done work on our irrigation system. When I called last Friday, Ben said that it would be a week before they could come out, but they got to us on Tuesday. Frank got here early, checked out and fixed the problem, and checked the system overall for functionality. Very pleased as always! Further, in previous service calls they have moved sprinkler heads and replaced outdated/leaky heads. They also advised us re: expansion of the system (which they did not advise, because our system is maxed out at present--we appreciate their honest appraisal. They could have "sold us" on expanding and made more money, but our system would not have worked well afterwards. Thanks guys!) Finally, during each service call they have checked the system thoroughly to make sure all zones, drips, and heads were working as intended. Very prompt, courteous, and professional service....highly appreciated and highly recommended!

Excellent. They arrived on time, were courteous and efficient. While they could have replaced my backflow valve for hundreds of dollars they saved me by patching it instead! I would highly recommend this company for irrigation system work and will certainly use them in the future!

They were at the top of Angie's List so I sent them an email asking to be contacted. After two days there was no response so I called their number and left a message. Several days later there was still no response so I gave up and went with another company. I have no idea if their work is good or bad but was very disappointed with the lack of response.

They showed up first thing in the morning and got to work walking with me through all of the zones to see what issues I had and those issues that needed to be addressed immediately due to excessive run-off. Once that occurred, they adjusted and fixed the irrigation heads that were no longer working and did it quickly. I had (2) 6" spray heads and (4) spray nozzles replaced. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

They did a very good job investigating the problem from the surface and ruled out many possibilities with my 10 zone Toro system. I was impressed that they had all the right equipment to hook up to my control panel without having to dig up my entire yard. Had two previous irrigation contractors attempt to fix the problem and failed. Would definitely recommend this company if you need to have your irrigation system repaired or even upgraded.

We had a sprinkler system with two bad valves -- but one of the two bad valves could not be found. This was the third company that we had try and locate the missing valve and the one that was able to find it. They replaced the bad valve, made an adjustment to the other valve, repaired a leak in the drip line, checked everything over -- and all in one service call. They showed up on time, were professional and clearly knew their stuff. Heartily recommend!

We were very pleased with the service and would definitely call on Doctor Sprinkler again to repair our system. Mr. Graf was very knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. We were very happy and impressed with the service. The system is working perfectly, and we do not have one complaint!

We were very pleased. Nice to deal with and very knowledgeable. Our system had not been run in years and had since had new landscaping added. They fixed the existing problems, added on zones for the new landscaping, and got everything programmed & adjusted without exceeding the original estimate.
