From point A to point B - everything was top of the line performance & professionalism. When I called in to schedule an appointment they got me in quickly and stayed in touch to keeping me well informed regarding my appointment. During my actual appointment, the technicians were extremely polite and knew what they were doing and knew it well! I would definitely hire them again! If you don't choose them to service your irrigation system, you're selling yourself short!

The service technician had all the parts needed on his truck and quickly fixed the broken valve. He checked our complete system and the programming and made sure everything was ready to go for the season. He did a great job resetting the heads to they were aimed better to the areas we needed to water. I will definitely be using them when we add to the system next year.

Very well. Needed some changes in the existing irrigation system due to new landscaping. Involved existing sprinkler heads, drip line and new drip line additions. Careful and detail inspection, tune up and recommendations for updating system.

While changing a rotor head a few weeks ago, I noticed that one of my sprinkler zones was leaking slightly. I figured I better have the professionals take a look. This is my first experience with Doctor Sprinkler. My former sprinkler tech company did not return calls this time, so I guess it's time to move on. Setting up the visit was relatively easy. They called today and asked if they could come earlier than the scheduled arrival time. This worked out for me, so we ended up meeting an hour early. The tech got right to work after asking the appropriate questions, and sure enough, a valve rebuild was required. Essentially, they replaced the top part of the valve (solenoid and bonnet). The work took about 30 minutes overall. The company is set up such that you pay for the first hour of time ($135) as a minimum charge, plus any parts. Apparently extra time is billed at $125/hour in smaller increments. Tech was very courteous and nice. I felt confident that he fully understood the issue and repair technique. I rated FAIR for pricing because I was charged $33 for a valve that is available online for < 50% of that price. I won't quibble too much here, but hard to rate that delta at anything better than 'FAIR'., particularly when the overall job was so quick. I'd use these guys again for a job that I am not totally comfortable with. In the end I probably could have done this one myself, but it was easy enough to leave it to someone who knew the details.

Very well. Frank arrived on time and was processional. He walked the site, identified areas of concern and provided an instant estimate. He replaced several sprinkler heads, installed one new section to fill coverage gap and adjusted coverage on all. Good work, fair price. What's not to like?

Very well. Frank was on time and extremely professional. He quickly identified a system leak, repaired it as well as "tuned up" additional sprinkler heads. He also inspected a drip irrigation line. I was extremely pleased with the service and reasonable cost.

Very well. Frank located all four valves including the malfunctioning one pretty quickly. He rebuilt the faulty valve, verified the success of the repair, and cycled all of the zones.

The guys were good. I wish they had explained how they work when I first made an appointment or when they first arrived. Basically they work for the first hour to evaluate and fix what they can and then they let you know the additional cost to fix anything else. The first hour is a standard service call price. They did a great job though.

I purchased a Hunter controller replacement with the idea of DIY, but then decided I needed professional help. I called Dr. Sprinkler, they scheduled me within a couple days. This was my first visit with Dr. Sprinkler. They sent out Frank and his assistant Juan. they installed the Controller, connecting up the box and connecting the wires. They fixed a leak and a sprinkler head, and located my "lost valves". They were really very good, obviously knew what they were doing and had really great equipment to do the job. After they found my valves they marked them with flags. I was very impressed. I think the price was reasonable for the work completed.

Frank and team called before hand to say they were running early. This was great for me since I had to take off work. I met them at the house. We spoke briefly and in detail about what I wanted done. I was missing a backflow preventer, the system was last used a few years ago, and I know I had some broken heads. I also wanted the spray patterns checked. Within an hour and half I was back up and running. They were very professional. Worked quickly and efficiently. They had everything they needed on the truck with no running back and forth to the shop or office for parts. I was very impressed and very happy with the speed and quality of the repair. I will used them again and I recommend them to others.

They came in to fix a head, said there were more problems. Cost me way over what I was initially told. Have not used them since. I used a different person this time. very reasonably priced and very good. Will not use them again.

I bought a year's warranty. Their price was in line with what other people charged in the past. It was reasonable. They responded promptly and they were knowledgeable.

It was a great experience beginning to end, yet we're right on time and prepared. They actually worked through a rain storm as well. Very pleasant and professional, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

When I went to turn on my sprinklers for the season I found the control box to be nonfunctional. Doctor Sprinkler responded very quickly to my call, worked me in around their other jobs, and replaced the control box (which was completely fried, perhaps by lightning) within 48 hours of initial contact. The job was expertly performed and I have had no subsequent issues. I also use Doctor Sprinkler for winterizing and spring start-up and have always found their work top rate.

Doctor Sprinkler came out to try and diagnose what was wrong with my backflow. Once it was hooked up this season it started to leak. The tech was prompt and professional and quickly determined that the backflow was cracked. He offered to replace the unit for $700 (10% over list) and install it right then. Since we had already paid for the service call, the installation would be included. I asked him to wait and went inside and Googled the exact unit he was going to install and found it for sale on Amazon (not an obscure site out of some foreign country, but on Amazon Prime) for $221.00. I told him that I couldn't in good conscience pay his mark up and would go ahead and order it and install it myself to save $500. He seemed to handle the exchange well and reinstalled our damaged unit and left. Other than that unreasonable cost for the Zurn backflow, I found Doctor Sprinkler to be professional and good quality, though I really didn't end up having him do very much during the call, and the cost for the visit was pretty high ($135).

I have used Doctor Sprinkler Irrigation Service in the past, so when I was having a problem with my system I called to schedule an appointment. The lady who answered my call said she would have to have the Technician call me to schedule the appointment. I said I thought that was odd because she didn't even know what work I needed done. She said it didn't matter because she didn't know the Technician's schedule & he would have to call me. I asked if she was an employee of Doctor Sprinkler or if I was just speaking with an answering service. She said she worked for Doctor Sprinkler. I said fine, have them call me & gave her my phone number. They never called. Personally, I find the practice of having to make two phone calls to just get an appointment ridiculous. I'm glad they didn't call me back as I found a much better contractor who treated me much better. I will never use Doctor Sprinkler again.
