Description of Work: Annual service contract includes spring startup, mid-summer checkup and fall winterization. Repairs are extra. This is a very expensive service but the guys are so nice and always do a great job with attention to detail so I keep using them every year.

Description of Work: I called them to adjust my sprinkler heads and do a check to make sure they were still working correctly. A couple days prior to the appointment the system stopped working. They checked the system and made repairs necessary. They work on a service call basis. You pay a certain amount for the first hour and then anything they find that can be done but doesn't have to is additional. I had 3 heads replaced, all heads adjusted, a valve rewired, and the rain sensor disconnected. It took about 2 hours. I thought frank and Juan were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had the main valve repaired last year (not by Dr Sprinkler) and it leaked. The guy that did it would not come and fix his work so I had Dr Sprinkler do it. They came within one week of my call per our agreed schedule and fixed the valve. They also found some more problems with 2 of the sprinkler heads and fixed those too.

Description of Work: Very prompt and efficient. Left my lawn in great condition after all the digging and the price was great.

Description of Work: I broke 2 water lines that feed the sprinkler system when pulling up some bushes. There were also 4 wires that needed to be reconnected. It was simple PVC Pipe, so I went to Lowes and Home Depot and found that the industry uses slightly larger than 1" pipe. I contacted Doctor Sprinkler based on Angie's List recommendations. I was told that the tech would arrive at 8:30 a.m. They actually arrived at 8:00 a.m. The two techs were very nice and professional. I had to go to work and left my wife to answer any questions. When they turned the system on, they discovered one other pipe that was broken. Once they fixed that, they told her that the bill was currently at $400.00 and that they needed to do work to an additional zone. I told them no and we concluded their work. I certainly spent more than I planned on spending on a job that I could have done myself. A word to the wise.
