Description of Work: Came next day to fix dishwasher that failed to drain - told them not an emergency. Called to tell me on their way. Diagnosed problem in literally seconds - whoever installed garbage disposal did not punch a hole to let the dishwasher drain. Charged me for a service call and left less than 10 minutes after they arrived (which is the only reason I gave them a B on price - yeah I know they charge you the fee irrespective of the time - but I am doing the rating)

Description of Work: Came on Tuesday, diagnosed bad fan in freezer compartment, returned Friday and replaced fan. Excellent in every way--except I had to wait four or five days for an appointment, probably because they are so good they are booked up. Other than that, it was absolutely first-rate service.

Description of Work: Repair and minor maintenance of my dryer. Tech arrived at the time promised, knew exactly what to look for, had the correct part. Less than an hour later and I was back to doing laundry. Very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Company was a pleasure to deal with; they replaced the ignitor on my Jenn Air gas stove, and subsequently came back to replace the water filter on my dishwasher. The tech was professional, courteous, and helpful. The price was better than the three other quotes I received. I will DEFINITELY use him as my first choice for small and large appliance repair.

Description of Work: Our GE Refrigerator died suddenly. D&K quickly diagnosed the problem, left to purchase a new computer board from a local reliable parts shop and had the repair finished within the hour. The repair man, also the owner of this business, was prompt, courteous and charged a fair price.
