Always on time with call in advance of appointment time. Replacement part had to be ordered so returned the next day to install.

We had to wait several days because they were so busy but they arrived on the day and time scheduled. The repairman was polite, professional and kept his work area very clean. The pump was indeed clogged, and he removed the obstruction. They only charged the diagnostic fee which was reasonable. It is nice to deal with an honest company who doesn't try to nickel and dime you to death. I recommend them highly.

We have used him in the past, and he is professional, courteous, and very thorough. Even talked us out of a part purchase because he thought it was unnecessary. Going to call again soon to fix our washing machine!

Although we had no puddle for a few days, Chris diagnosed and found that the leak was coming from water supply line in fridge door. He replaced the plastic connector immediately and fixed the problem. Took less than 10 minutes. Very pleased.

DK Appliance technician expertly diagnosed the problem, identified what parts needed to be ordered, and explained these items. It did take a week longer than anticipated to get the repair done; however, this was due to parts not coming in when anticipated. The office staff was courteous and helpful and chased down the parts ordering delay in order to get this done as quickly as possible One very important note: The office called first thing on the morning when the repair was scheduled to let me know that the part had not come in so that I would not be waiting. They followed this up when the part did come in by trying to get me scheduled as soon as possible.

I highly recommend Kris Reed and his wife Dawn at DK Appliance Repair. He is punctual, very knowledgeable and experienced, and efficient. For my mom's Whirlpool dishwasher repair, his diagnosis meant that we would need a new control panel (about $125.00), so he ordered it. When It arrived, it turned out that it was white and not cream color, so somebody was going to get stuck with it because the parts facility would not accept a return if one made a mistake about the color. Right away, he took responsibility for the error. Then, even though neither he nor most repair technicians perform circuit board repairs these days (because they are so time-consuming), I think he was so determined to get dishwasher working that he diagnosed and repaired the circuitry in our old control panel, and it has worked well ever since. That really saved us money because he does not charge for the return trip when he has to order parts. At another time, our gas oven wasn't igniting shortly before a holiday family get-together, so that was urgent. We remembered that the upper agitator of our washing machine wasn't working well and that our ice-maker would not fill all the way, so those were almost free repairs in terms of labor cost. If he has to order a part, you only pay what he pays for parts. DK Appliance is a family business that I found on Angie's List, and this speaks well for Angie's List. No wonder that he's won the Super Service Award for all these years.

I was pleased with the work and the time required was reasonable. A previous repairman replaced a part but did not solve the problem Everyone was courteous. Easy to get in touch with and communicate with office when needed to be re scheduled due to winter weather. I would recommend them.

Excellent service. My drier needed a new motor. Kris diagnosed the problem and then replaced the motor the following day. The scheduling was very efficient and I did not have to wait long for him to come out. Highly recommended!

They were outstanding. I was very pleased all the way round. The only shortcoming which was not their fault, was the delay in delivery of parts because of the bad weather. Being without a washing is crazy, but the repairman diagnosed the problem and everything. When the parts came in, they called me and booked an appointment, and came and repaired it right away. They were very professional, and very knowledgeable.

I called to make an appointment, which Dawn did promptly. Kris came to look at my washing machine, told me what it needed and that he would get the parts then do the repair. Then I didn't hear from them for about a week. I called and found out that the technician thought he had told Dawn to set up the repair visit but Dawn said not. The repair visit was immediately set up. It was on a Tuesday where ice and snow made it impossible to get out. So Dawn called back to set another repair visit for Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. Well, it was ice and snow again and impossible to get out and about. So we set up a third visit for the repair and it didn't snow. Kris was there on time with the parts and took care of the problem. He was very neat and even asked if he could wash his hands instead of just going ahead and using the sink. He did not charge me for the parts, which were pads, because he said it wasn't much and DK Appliance Repair had kept me waiting for service. There was extra time between the first visit and the repair appointment due to lack of communication in their office but otherwise, it was nature. I tried to pay anyway but he refused payment. I would use them again. My washing is working well now. No more noise. Kris did tell me that there would probably be a transmission problem in the washing machine's future since oil was leaking. It's an old machine. I'm lucky it's run this long.

Kris was friendly, on time, professional, courteous and obviously knowledgeable. He gave me tips on how to make my washer last longer. He discovered our issue was as simple solution. He also found that the pump was going bad but he said it was still working hence no need to replace it now. In other words, he could have made more money by replacing it today. He definitely earned a new loyal customer.

Overall customer experience was very good. They were responsive, professional, and polite. Very flexible with repair schedule, especially considering this involved some water leaking onto our hardwood floor. Made a quick diagnosis. Parts had to be ordered, but the repair was completed quickly and professionally within a few days. Would use this vendor again if needed.

Our refrigerator door dispensers had not worked for some time. They were able to quickly identify the issues and offer repairs. They were prompt, professional and informative about what exactly the issues were and what was being done.

I was pleased with the repair service provided by DK Appliance repair. They are responsive and provide professional service. Kris was called to repair my refrigerator due to melting ice in the freezer. Kris arrived and made the repair. Unfortunately, the symptoms continued. I called DK Appliance and Kris returned to replace another part. He removed the original board that was replaced and did not charge for the original part. He indicated that he had misdiagnosed the symptoms and that I would not be charged for that part. I found the whole experience to be professional and reliable and I will continue to rely on DK Appliance for repairs.

My oven was not working and I had been told by another appliance repair company that I should just buy another stove. I did not want to do this year so I called DH. He came and he diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He said he had to order a part. This was on a Thursday and he said he would be back on Monday. On Monday he returned switched out the part and within 30 minutes of getting to my house by oven was working properly. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repairs.

I think this is a positive for this business. It took a couple of days to get them here. They are very busy. Which means they do great work. Very professional. I would strongly refer them for appliance repairs.
