Chris was good, always on time, came and diagnosed issue with built in microwave. part ordering was slow, 7-10 days was almost a month. That evening after he installed the part, microwave caught on fire- luckily we caught it on time. I didn't call them back, too busy to even hassle for a refund. I called one of my handymen to go purchase and install a new one.

Description of Work: Emailed provider on Sunday with dryer problem. A polite lady called Monday morning before 9 am and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday from 9am - 12pm. I requested that the repair tech call 30 minutes before. The repair tech did call 30 minutes before he arrived. My wife said he was professional and polite. My dryer had been pushed back too far which collapsed the air flow and caused the fuse to blow. He replaced the fuse and hose for $20 parts plus the $65 trip charge. Tech offered to clean up the mess (which is rare) but my wife indicated she would take care of it. There were no surprises and we had a very pleasant experience. We would definitely call DK Appliance again.

Description of Work: Ice and water in freezer door were no working, also needed water filter. Repairman thought that the water line was frozen but that he would have to order a new motor for the ice maker. Paid full for the motor while he was there. Was able to thaw water line with hair dryer and also the motor. Problem solved. I called to report and they refunded the cost of the ordered part. Very professional and easy to deal with.
