Description of Work: They came out to check on our dishwasher, diagnosed a burnt-out motor, ordered the part and came back and fixed it. Kris has fixed our refrigerator as well another time, and he's always punctual, considerate, professional and neat. The only issue I have with them is their hours are a bit truncated to talk to an actual person on the phone. But they are responsive and get back to you the next day if it's after hours. As long as you're not in a massive hurry, and it's after 3:00, then DK does a good job.

Description of Work: The repair man came over the day after I called. The problem was diagnosed and the part ordered. Then, a week later I called to see why I hadn't heard anything. The part was on back order, but they hadn't found this out or told me. Another week passed. I was called and told the part was in, but the tech's car was in a garage for repair, and while he was borrowing a car, he didn't have use of it after 3 pm,so all his jobs were backed up. It was another week before the part was put in, so it was 3 weeks from start to finish to get my dryer back in working order. I felt the company should have rented the tech a car in order to get the jobs done or moved me to the top of the list, but instead, they kept taking emergency jobs, and the tech just never worked after 3 pm. I did not find this professional behavior. The quality of the job, when it was finally done, was good, and the dryer is working, but if you want a job done quickly, don't go with a company that has apparently one tech and one car.
