Prompt response to set up an appointment. Arrival was on time. The failure resulted in my having to continually contact the company to receive the quote and to confirm the needed work/schedule. After playing that game and NOT getting a call back multiple times, I moved on to another company that completed the work - and happy that I did.

Kyle was the lead installer for this job. He was very helpful throughout the process. It took me a lot of research and I had a lot of questions for Kyle prior to installation. He provided a series of estimates to include both for a 50 gallon and 80 gallon hybrid water heater. He also came by the home and discussed various installation locations. I was originally wanting to put in a 50 gallon unit in the outside storage room adjacent to the chimney, but eventually went with an 80 gallon unit inside the garage. The installation went well and took most of the day to complete. Kyle and his assistant took their time and did a great job. They had to run both new piping and electrical lines (with breaker box) to the garage, which was on the opposite side of the house where the original water heater was located. They also removed the old water heater and took it off site. They left the area clean and did an overall professional job. I would recommend CK's Plumbing to anyone thinking of a water heater replacement. The new installed unit is working fine as of this writing.

Job was fast and courteous. I did not need it to be replaced same day, but due to another cancellation, they were able to get a new HW heater within 30 minutes and install same day in the garage.

Great. They did the effort to come on Saturday. We scheduled a range of time a day before and the technician called 20 mins before arriving. He arrived and got to work immediately. Took about an hour because he had to drain the tank, and the change the valve. Very satisfied with service and availability.

Very well. Kyle and another technician repaired the pipe very quickly. They were very professional, explained what had happened, showed me where the pipe was leaking, and recommended some restoration companies to assist with insulation removal, etc.

It went very well. The call was made one evening, and they were able to send a person the following morning. The price was reasonable and the work was quickly done. He answered my questions patiently, did the replacement very efficiently and was done in quick time.

Terribly. The plumbers were clearly not very competent. They were very nice/professional but not competent. First thing to go wrong, the owner of the company dropped the brand new kitchen sink. The drop dented the sink and gouged a chunk from the kitchen wall. He ordered a replacement but the quality of the replacement sink does not match the sink I initially purchased. When asked for an invoice for the item ordered, they would not provide for about a month. And in addition, the company never fixed my wall. Second, the water filtration system that was installed was not done correctly. The filtration system makes a loud, unbearable noise every time it is used. Others who have the exact same filtration system do not have the noise associated with use. Also, the water leaks where the filtration faucet is attached to the sink. I called but the owner of CK stated that it's not a plumbing issue, rather a product defect. Since he has never visually inspected the problem, I am not sure how he can come to that conclusion. Third, the bathroom faucet that was replaced, is leaking. None of the work that was performed by CK Plumbing was done correctly. The owner waived the nearly $800 dollars that the work would have cost and he seems satisfied. However, it's going to cost me more than that to undo and re-do the work correctly, including damages to the kitchen wall.

We're happy with the experience we've had so far with CK Plumbing and Backflow. Our plumber, Kyle, was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He gave us a courtesy call before arriving, arrived when he said he would, and fixed all of the small problems we were having in our master bath and guest bath. We also appreciated that he listened well and gave us ideas for additional improvements. Based on his good work, we've already asked for a quote for those improvements. Job well done. Would recommend this company and Kyle.

Let me say this is my new go to plumber. They were very responsive, professional and I am pleased with their work. I also received a phone call when they were on their way to the house, Nice!

Kyle (I believe that's who helped us) did a great job of informing us what was and wasn't important from our inspector's report, ultimately helping us prioritize our to-dos. He was quick, thorough, and took care of things promptly. He also took a look at a water filter we planned to purchase just to make sure it would fit our current space. We appreciate the great work, and we'd be happy to use CK Plumbing again and/or recommend them to a friend!

The came and installed the new water heater taking away the old heater. Service was prompt, professional and well done. We have had no subsequent issues since the installation.

As is usually the case with CK's everything was fine - from appt. setup to letting me know they were on their way and did the job in a few hours. So the service was great. The price - not so great.

Kyle was kind, responsive and helpful. We are in the middle of a renovation and plan to call him for our future plumbing needs.

Had a leak in the kitchen faucet and called over weekend. CK called and scheduled appt on Saturday. Faucet fixed promptly.

Kyle and his crew did an outstanding job. On time, professional. They ran into problems and the owner CK came out to help in the pouring rain. All of these guys were soaked as they tried to determine the problem. They figured out it was the gas regulator on my gas meter. It was the wrong regulator and had been on the meter for 15 years. I called the gas company and they changed the regulator and that fixed the problem. I would definitely use them. I did get another estimate from another plumbing service and CK's was a within a few dollars. I went with CK and glad I did.
