Chris and Ray arrived promptly on the day of service and got to work immediately. They were very courteous and quickly figured out what needed to be done to remove our old 50 gallon water heater and replace it with a new Rinnai tankless water heater. They did a great job with the install and even simplified some of our previous pipe layout that seemed needless complicated. The heater works great and is way quieter than I expected. In addition to the water heater, they also installed a whole house water filter, making sure the filters can be easily isolated with shut off valves for future maintenance. When the water pressure seemed a little low, they were able to tweak our pressure valve regulator so that the pressure to our faucets is now better than they were before the water filter was installed. Chris and Ray did a great job explaining the system to me and testing it to my satisfaction. They removed the old water tank and cleaned everything up. An overall terrific experience.

My husband had a sink in his garage for the last 7 years that he intended to install. CK Plumbing came in and installed this sink in 30 minutes and it didn’t break the bank!!!! The guys were really nice and gave me great information!!!

I had a very small leak on my side of the water meter. Tim reviewed the job and provided an estimate, which I accepted. CK Plumbing contacted NC DIG so all utilities were marked in advance. They are very busy, but this was not an emergency so I was able to wait a week and a half for the work to be completed. Everything was competed within one morning. I had excellent, factual conversations with Tim and the young man working with him. Tim cut through a small storm drain pipe with the ditch witch and repaired it with a product that will probably last longer than the original storm plastic. They rerouted the piping from under the driveway across the front of the house to the side of the house, which is extremely practical. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

The technicians did a great job of fixing the sink.

He came right out and did a great job. He replaced the water heater and we would definitely hire him again.

Jerry and one other fellow came out to diagnose a possible sewer main clog. They were prompt and kindly listened to my concerns. A camera inspection of the sewer line was done and some roots were observed. Though no obvious obstructions were found, Jerry still provided useful information that the homeowner can do to help prevent the root intrusion from becoming a problem.

Total ripoff, tried to discuss why they were so absurdly high and got no response.

This review is for work performed Nov 2019 - I forgot to create the review at that time. Awesome job on an emergency water heater replacement. My 12 year old water heater started leaking/failed just before Thanksgiving. I initial called around 12:00PM and quickly received and agreed to an estimate. By 8:00PM that night the water heater was replaced. The gentlemen that performed the replacement were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have asked for a better response and service.

Very well. Called 9am, they came out, gave a quote, and then replaced the water heater all in 1 day. Had hot water by 6pm!

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. A new part was purchased and it was defective. No fault of CK's. Service manager intervened and got another part quickly. CK's is our new plumber. We will definitely hire them again!

The plumber from CK did a great job diagnosing where the leak was coming from. It took him about 5 minutes to figure out where the leak was. He completed the repair, and we haven’t had any other issues. Another company told me it would take digging up my yard and driveway to find the leak and cost us several thousands of dollars. I would definitely use CK’s again.

The work was done on the day that it was requested. The plumbers did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them.

They sent me a very polite honest man who was able figure out the problem within a short period of time. He made some adjustments and told me if the problem returned they would come back and fix it & deduct the initial service call which they did. I will definitely use them again if any other issues arise.

All the services were done professionally. Dan thought that the water dripping sound may not be actually due to water leaking, but due to pipe vibrating and contacting the wood frame around it. He suggested to not to worry about it unless we see water marks on the ceiling. He could work on it and get paid for, but didn't, which indicated to me that he is trying to figure out what is the best for me. Overall, I was pleased to see his professional service.

These folks were great to work with. The project went smoothly and there were no surprises at all. The know what they are doing, and did everything properly. We had no problems with the inspection. I expect to use this company again for my plumbing work. I was pretty careful about my selection of the company because I knew a lot of gas work would be needed. These are the people you want if you need anything done with gas.

He unclogged it with no problems. He was in time and did everything he stated he would do. And cleaned up after himself
