Description of Work: Investigated a leak under the house. Discovered a leaking dishwasher and installed a cut off valve to prevent more leaking until we can get dishwasher repaired. Also helped with a toilet while they were here. Very fast and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: We had our gas water heater replaced. Everyone associated with CK Plumbing were courteous,knowledgeable and dependable. The experience was beyond my expectations. I used the special deal coupon for $150.00 off labor. There was also another special deal that was running at the time of the installation for %50.00 off labor. My husband was home at the time of the installation and did not know about the special that I had purchased, so we only received the $50.00 off the labor on the invoice. Before I even got home that afternoon, CK Plumbing called me to say that there had made a mistake on the invoice left by the installer, and they would be sending a check for $100.00. Now I consider that exceeding expectations. I would use them again for any of my plumbing needs and would highly recommend them. Pam C.

Description of Work: I had a shoddy, improperly installed water heater put in by a fly by night operation in 2011. | |CK's came in last year and fixed it all up, for less than the original. No more water leaking in my house. Good deal!

Description of Work: Installed a Rennai tankless water heater. They scheduled & installed the water heater extremely quickly (my previous water heater had failed). The quality of work was top-notch; Chris & the staff were professional, skilled, and friendly. | |Responsiveness - It took some time to get the final inspections scheduled, but there were extenuating circumstances (weather, holidays, etc.). However, the inspections all passed the first time with no issues. | |I will call Chris the next time I need any plumbing services.

Out of more than 170 positive reviews, it is unfortunate that we received our first "F" because of a misunderstanding on the part of a potential customer. Our company prides itself on our ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding costs, and we strive to clearly define how much a job will be during our estimate process. If a customer is unhappy with a price, they are more than welcome to get other estimates without pressure from our servicemen. Upon contacting this customer regarding the Angie's List Deal he purchased ($150 off water heater installation), there was a misunderstanding about exactly how much the final cost of the installation should be. The customer expected the installation to cost $200, combined with the $150 coupon, totaling $50 for a water heater installation. However, that is not our standard installation price for the type of water heater he wished to install. There was also a misunderstanding about the deal itself, with the customer expecting to get a refund from me when, in fact, Angie's List must be contacted for refunds of Big Deals. Unfortunately, we were not able to do the job for this particular customer and prove our quality of work and professionalism.
