The work went smoothly. We were very satisfied with the employees, their work and price. We would use them again.

Description of Work: The came out to check the tankless water heater. After checking it out they determined that there was no flush valve on it. After giving us a price to install and then flush the rank, we decide they should go ahead and do it. They came back later that day in the cold damp rain and install the flush valve and cleaned out the tank. It now works great. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They removed the old water heater tank from the 3rd story attic and capped off the water lines, gas line and exhaust vent. They installed the new tank-less water heater in the crawl space and ran water lines, gas lines and ventilation. They were courteous and did great work. They even went back and shortened the gas line line on the 3rd story and recapped it to provide additional storage room.

Description of Work: Replaced the expansion tank on water heater and flushed the water heater while they were here. I was happy with their service and would use them again.

Description of Work: They installed two toilets for us, with a return trip to perform the job after discovering that the toilets we'd purchased wouldn't fit the rough-in in the bathrooms. They advised on models that would fit & we purchased two of one of the models, after which they came back and installed both toilets. They did not charge any extra for the return trip, so we received value for the relatively high labor cost, though the price would have been the same even if the original toilets had fit. We also had them install a kitchen sink & faucet. Again, the labor price was a bit higher than other bids, but we found the work to be done well and the personnel to be professional and courteous, so paying somewhat more was worth it for us, since we value reliable and timely service.
