Description of Work: Professional, Excellent work, timely, took necessary precautions. When more than just our water needed to be shut off to complete the work, the technician went around to our neighbors to notify them of the issue. Ended up hiring them to do additional plumbing work later

 + -1 moreMy next door neighbor had a plumbing problem for months and many plumbers were unable to fix this internal leak. So he went to the local plumbing parts store and asked for a referral. He was given Chris Kousis information. Chris came through and fixed his problem. So I was thrilled to get this referral. I wanted to have a pan put under my existing water heater so I would not incur damages to my home if it ever leaked. Chris came to my home - gave me 3 different options - 1. keeping the water heater where it was (inside my pantry) and installing the pan; 2. putting in a tankless water heater and 3. purchasing a new water heater and moving it out to a connected storage building. I was please with my options and felt good about my choice. Once I made my decision, Chris scheduled quickly and was done in an afternoon. I was very pleased with his workmanship and satisfied overall. I recommend Chris highly.
Description of Work: Installed a pan under existing water heater in the closet and installed a new expansion tank Since January, I've had some minor plumbing issues with my bathroom sink, shower and most recently garbage disposal. Chris was very prompt and responsive. I recommend him highly.
