Came a little late, but got right to work when arrived. Left things neat. Good to have lots of hot water again.

Woke up to non-functioning and leaking water heater Sunday morning. Called CK's shortly after 9 and spoke with Chris. He came out as promised by noon and confirmed that we needed a new heater. Was back on Monday with a new heater and installed by noon. Working fine. The only thing I would give an "A-" on would be that Chris told us on Sunday that he could install a 50 gal. to replace our 40 gal. but called back Mon. morning to say the 50 gal. was a special order and would not be available for at least a week. Kind of got our hopes up but ended up with another 40 gal. May want to keep one or two of the fifties in stock :)

It went great! Our regular water heater was getting old and corroding a bit. Plus, it was located in our attic, so we really wanted to get 100 gallons of water out of our attic. The first company (ARS) gave us an estimate of $7000 (!!!) to replace our water heaters with a tankless. CK's offered to the same work for less than half, and they had way better reviews. So we hired them. They came out and performed the work just as promised. Had a few guys, took them about 5 or 6 hours, didn't leave a mess behind them. Very polite, courteous service. I would definitely hire them again.

Called CK's to repair dripping shower faucet. Had new one, but CK's plumber Bob explained that the old one only needed a valve, which would be less expensive. He also explained that the shower enclosure would have to be cut extensively to put in new hardware as it is on an outside wall. Went with the valve option, which Bob quickly installed. The new valve began to leak immediately. Bob discovered that the pressure reduction valve was shot and that water was entering the house plumbing at an unacceptably high 150 psi. He changed the prv and installed yet another new valve in the shower faucet, all for less than the price that another local plumbing company charged me for a prv only at my old house a few years ago. Bob was personable, knowledgeable, on time, and fast. Have used CK's in the past to replace a leaky water heater (also a good experience and a good price), will certainly use them in the future if we need a plumber, and highly recommend them.

This Big Deal doesn't apply to the job I need. The company was professional when I spoke with them.

We've used them a couple of times. They're excellent across the board. They're very best. When I get out here, they get everything right and if it's not right, they come back to get it right. I would recommend it.

They're fantastic. They're really good. They were just extremely polite and professional. The first time they came; they diagnosed what the problem was but said they weren't go any further though it wasn't sure they didn't want to waste my money because that might not be it. I really appreciated the fact that these guys are honest. They didn't even charged me the first time they came out. They came immediately.

came out the day we called, was very professional and courteous, tried to give us a temporary fix, but the water heater kept leaking, so he came back the next day to replace it.

CK Plumbing was extremely professional and courteous. Kyle, the plumber, identified the problem immediately and carried out the repairs in minimal time!

They were very responsive and returned my original phone call quickly. Set up a day/time for service via email. Plumber became available earlier than scheduled and asked if it would be ok to come earlier. Performed work without delays and did a quality job.

When he left it was leaking more than before. This time under the sink. I called and he ask if he could come the next day by 8 am I said OK put bucked under sink and turned off the water in the kitchen. Waited the next day until 9 am , called and ask when he would come. Told me he was working on another project and would come as soon as he had the guys set up. Then he called at 9:30 am told me the Boss didn't want him to leave the guys and that the Boss would come at 10:00. Which he did. Found a part which had been left out and that's why it was leaking under the sink. The faucet wasn't fixed completely so the Boss put in another washer and said there would be no charge for it since I didn't get an Angies discount. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. I just feel since I had to wait another day and was promised to be the first one the next day , I got up and waited . Either the Boss should have come right away since he didn't want Kyle to leave the other guys. Or at least I should have been called and not that I had to call first , then wait and wait. I am really sorry my first experience didn't turn out so good. Still it got done and I do not know what the service charges for one hour are. You wanted to know and here is the report. Bob showed up early with his associate and evaluated my hot water heater due to water in the pan. He determined that I didn't need to change the water heater at this time but only replace the expansion tank on the water heater. He and his associate were very professional, very friendly, and had a great attitude. They answered my questions in a way that was easily understood. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

They were fast to arrive, Bob, diagnosed problem and replaced tank. I have used CKS Plumbing 3 times now at two different houses, they do a terrific job at reasonable price..

Everything went well. Chris was cooperative with my goal to install the new items on an existing concrete pad and and achieve better routing of the well pipe.

I contacted CK's via Angie's list and they were EXTREMELY responsive and got right back to me. Chris and his crew came out and inspected the pipe and found that it was cause from the expanding and contracting of the hot water pipe and was put in by the original construction crew when how was built. I thought this project was going to cost me A LOT more money but thankfully it was an easy fix. Chris was extremely polite and knowledgeable and will def. use them again.

Provider called to let me know they'd be able to arrive early if I wished. They arrived on time, diagnosed the leak and recommended a new hot water tank. They then began draining the tank as they went to obtain the replacement. Replacement was done in a timely manner. Kyle and Trevor both were very professional, took time to answer any questions I had both before and after the replacement. They took time to make sure I understood the controls and knew how to adjust appropriately.

The service went very well. The technician was very professional and did a great job. He also installed a drain in case the water heater breaks again. He was great at explaining very clearly. Scheduling was not an issue and he was very responsive.

My 10 y/o hot water heater started leaking yesterday and this afternoon around lunchtime I called CK's for an estimate on what was wrong. They were able to squeeze me in between two other appointments and they came to my house on time, same day to take a look. Almost immediately they could tell my water heater was dead based on where the water was leaking from and they recommended a new gas water heater to me. You never realize how much you use and LOVE hot water until you have none! They told me they could go get a new HWH and install it in a matter of a few hours (again SAME DAY!) and of course I said yes. They were very professional and friendly (Matthew and Rob were the installers' names I believe) and they had my old hot water heater replaced with a shiny new one in exactly the amount of time they told me it would take. Because of CK's awesome service I have been without hot water for less than 24 hours and I'm extremely grateful that they acted so quickly. There is absolutely nothing about the level of service I received that did not exceed my expectations. The new hot water heater should be fully heated and ready to go in 45 minutes and the two technicians tested that my water does in fact come on again after the work they've done so I couldn't ask for more from them. Excellent experience. Highly recommended!!

These guys are awesome. They called to let me know they were running ahead of schedule, and were done fixing a toilet in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend. Very professional and responsive. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing issues.

CK's representative showed up on time, did the work quickly, did not leave a mess and charged the pre-negotiated amount. No stress involved!

Discovered a leaking hot water heater early in the morning. Called around to get approx cost estimates and earliest availability. Most had comparable prices, but couldn't get an appointment until the following week. This was not optimal since lack of a hot water heater would affect everything from taking warm showers, to doing laundry, to using the dishwashwer. CK's was able to provide slightly lower price and Chris came over between jobs to take a look and provide a proper estimate. Despite having a full day of appointments, he fit us in at the end of the day for a full replacement and installation of the hot water heater. The technicians arrived and got right to work, They were quick, efficient, and courteous. They were even good sports about having to lug a 50 gallon hot water heater up and down a 3rd floor walk-up attic. :) How water is now flowing again in the house and life is good. I would highly recommend CK's Plumbing.

I e-mailed CK with the details and had an appointment scheduled and an estimate provided within a few hours. The plumber ran a few minutes late, but called prior to the appointment to let me know. He was friendly and courteous and it was obvious to me that he knew what he was doing. No suprises and the final cost matched the estimate. Guess I have a new plumber!

My first concern is: CK's Plumbing only seems to schedule appointments by email, however they don't seem to respond to any emails they are sent. Therefore, we still have to call them to get their attention. They don't confirm any receipt of any emails or messages. My second concern: The supposed repairs they make are not done satisfactorily to insure the problem is actually resolved, as in the case of our still leaking pipe outside. My third concern: We had a second appointment to repair the first problem, the leaking water pipe coming into the house, and because it rained today, they didn't come out. But they also didn't have the common courtesy to call and let us know they weren't coming out because of the rain. Communication is all important in business and if you want to stay in business, then you TALK with your customers. All in all, I find CK's Plumbing less than professional, both in the quality of their workmanship and with their lack of communication with their customers. While I found them on Angie's List and they appear to be top rated by other people, I DO NOT find them to be deserving of any high ratings. It was their high ratings which caused me to hire them in the first place. Their overall lack of communication and lack of professionalism speaks volumes to me and tells me perhaps they have begun to rest on their "laurels" as it were. We live in an older home and are ready to have replacement work done for bathroom fixtures, sinks, etc. Had CK's given us quality service the first time, they would have been our 'go to plumber' as we are people who, once we use someone and like their services, we stay with them. However, CK's Plumbing will not be our 'go to plumber'. We will definitely find a far more professional person to handle our repairs and maintenence work on our home.

They did respond but it was an emergency and I will be having the work done through a different company that I had spoken with before them. They were responsive as they did call back today and the water heater went out on Saturday. The owner was very pleasant and responsive.
